Walked in with a cracked screen and was hoping they could look into my account to see if I had coverage to fix it. Was told it wouldn't be worth fixing and that they had a promotion deal if I traded in my iPhone I would get $1000 for a Samsung. So that's what i did and I switched my plan to first net. Sales guy was more worried about making commission than actually answering any questions we had. He was very pushy trying to complete the transaction. Meanwhile, the other two sales guys were sitting at the table next to us horseplaying and being obnoxious. Another customer walked In and they assisted them but as soon as they left the two guys were talking trash about them right in front of us. After my account was completed, my sales guy turns around and tells me I had coverage and it would've only costed me a few bucks to fix. I was furious!! Do not go to this location, they are very unprofessional and have not the slightest clue of what they are doing. They get irritated when asking questions like their job is so hard sitting in front of a tablet. They definitely have a lot of learning to do. Don't waste your time at this location!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE EVER. They are not helpful at all. I went there to do a simple transaction and got the run around by an employee that didn't want to do his job. He didn't offer to even call anyone to see how he could help me, he said, sorry I can't do anything. On top of that I left the store and was standing outside and another employee came out, looked at me and laughed at me. How rude, disrespectful and down right ridiculous when their job is CUSTOMER SERVICE. I left that store and went to Gilbertsville and the customer service was amazing. They helped me complete everything I needed to do and offered solutions. I worked with Yanna and Isaac in Gilbertsville and the service was excellent. I explained to them what I needed to do and the response I received in Gilbertsville was, "ok no problem, lets get started." If you want excellent service and help DO NOT GO TO POTTSTOWN. I was told not go to there by all family members but it was closest to my home. BIG MISTAKE I should have listened. I will never support this store. Honestly, I own a business and that employee wouldn't have a job today!!!

The worker I worked with was really nice and tried their best to get my phone fixed. My phone for the past few days hasn't been able to get any service or cellular data, so I have only been able to call or text through wifi. I spent 2+ hours at the store with the worker and with an another at&t worker they called, which I assume was some higher up who could hopefully do more background stuff to fix my phone. The workers were able to get service but my cellular data still wasn't working properly. The person on the phone blamed it on the towers nearby, saying the signal was too weak or something like that. They sent me home saying the signal will be stronger there. On my way home, my phone went straight back to the way it was before. So now I'm back at step one again and I don't want to spend 2+ hours at the store again just for my phone not to be fixed, but I also don't want to spend $1000+ on a new phone. My phone isn't old either, it's a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra so I don't really want to get a new one if I don't have to.

Fiorella was absolutely amazing! She provided us with quick service, high quality customer service, kindness, continued helping us until we were completely satisfied. The police came in during our visit due to an unsatisfied customer (he had to wait and wasn't happy even though she politely told him that he needed to wait his turn because all the associates were busy with other clients) when she finally did go over to help him he tried making her wait and she walked away to avoid conflict, he angrily left the store and called the police. She handled it with such professionalism and then continued to assist us as if nothing happened.

Yesterday I went to Town Center AT&T to upgrade my phone. I am a new customer to AT&T only since July 2023. Previously for 30 years I had been with Consumer Cellular. Wellinson Fernandez helped me. Having no idea what phone to upgrade to I had checked AARP. But Wellinson after listening to my phone use, provided me with a top of the line brand new Samsung phone for LESS than the phone recommended. He was courteous, friendly, professional and efficient. He answered all my questions and he transferred my data and set up my phone. All within an hour! Best customer service I have ever experienced!

We went in tonight to get a replacement for a lost cell phone. I wish I would have gotten the name of the man who helped us. He was awesome! He helped us out in no time at all and was really nice. Thanks again!

RUN !! Do not go in this store! We switched from T-Mobile to att&t . We agreed to a $200 plan they lied and set us up on a premium plan! Our first bill was $900!!! They did not sign us up for our teachers discount or automatic payment . We went back to the store they said they don’t remember us , they couldn’t change the plan . We called the customer service line they were supposed to fix our plan , they never did . We are now on our 5 th phone call and still not signed up for a $200 plan. Customer service is awful !! They even said the stores are told to sign you up for the highest plan even if you don’t want it . Absolutely ridiculous! This has been the worst !! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

Originally thought my experience was great but then come a month later discovered employee lied to me and cost me money. No offer to help rectify the issue what so ever. Hope for an employee that knows what they are doing when you walk through the door.

Provided us Inaccurate information and messed up our account and was given information do they could get commission off of a customer. NOT HAPPYThe gentleman who helped while in store did a great job in cleaning up the previous persons mess i must say. Grateful for him
