I’ve been banking with citadel for more than 10 years! I watch my representative go for helper to running the show in Pottstown and he has been helping me for years. Thank you Lester, I truly appreciate all that you do and continue to do with me and for me.

Worse bank ever. No tellers but even worse the machines are broke all the time. Very hard to get any help with anything. I gave it 2 stars and not one because the people who work there are friendly and as helpful as they can be. It's not their fault they work in a broken system.

I've been with them for almost 10 years now, they out sourced there customer service to India and so getting any help is like talking to a mentally disabled robot. And after 10 minutes of the slowest conversation I've had in my life they tell me I'm going to be contacted by a specialist. Citadel just lost my business

Worst citadel there is.. I have an issue almost every time I try and use their atm. Makes me want to switch credit unions after being a customer for 15 years..

Great service from Lester Neri in getting an auto loan. He was very understanding of my lack of knowledge of the process and explained everything I needed to know thoroughly. Helpede greatly. Will use Citadel and Lester for everything moving forward. Great rates and great experience!
