I obtained ear piercings for my children from this establishment. The customer service provided was exceptional, particularly from the employee named Alexis. She was kind to my child, ensuring their comfort and even offering a lollipop. The quality of the items purchased was excellent. Overall, the service received was truly outstanding.

Made an appointment for my daughterâs ear piercing and they didnât know about it. They said oh ok. The older lady asked the younger girl if she knew how to do it and she said no. The older lady directed us to the chair and prepped for the piercing. She had us pick out the earrings so we did but didnât tell us the price until after and they ended up being $80. She marked the spots and asked if they were good. I thought ok but not sure and told her. She didnât recheck and just pierced her ears and now theyâre uneven.

This store is the best Claireâs in the area!!! Store is always neat and clean.The staff is super friendly. The store manager Dana is always willing to help with picking out items for myself and my 6 year old daughter. Also if youâre looking for a good clearance sale this store is the place to go to !

If it wasnât for my girls seeing a tik tok video with press on nails and the next nearest store being 30 miles out I would have left that hundred dollar purchase in the store. Associate wouldnât even speak to us until I spoke first. She heard the girls looking for the nails didnât ask if we needed help or anything. My girls even went to the counter to engage in conversation with the associate about the nails, she barely said anything to them just kept playing with the toys on the counter, (that hurt my feelings) they are only 8 and they are still learning about mean people/nice peopleâŚ. She wouldnât smile or anything. Watch the tape from 3/1/2024 around 6:30 pm youâll see exactly what I mean even if you donât have audio her body language will show you. you guys should really be ashamed. If she was going through something she should have left her problems at the door or called out! Period!

They did a great job piercing my daughter's ears but it cost me $130 to get her cartilage and her second hole on each ear...the average pair of earrings cost approx. $65 dollars. I thought it was a bit high!

Dana was amazing! Very attentive in piercing our daughterâs ears. She was kind and helped us all feel comfortable and confident. I came from wanting to do piercings exclusively at tattoo studios so this really changed my perception of piercing at Claireâs. We will be back for our year of free earrings!
