“Hot Topic will always be my favorite store. I have never left there empty handed. I love the variety of band shirts, anime items, horror movie items and the best place to go around Halloween time. The best part is not I get to share my love for this store with my daughter, the only downfall is she wants to buy everything! The store employees are always nice and helpful too. Honestly a little too helpful when they suggest other things to my daughter who just “has to have it”. lol.”

“Went here for Christmas shopping this year, great deals but a little crowded.We didn’t get everything we needed; so we went to the north face at KOP.Let me say; the Northface at KOP SUCKS!! They had nothing compared to this store.”

“Located in the Philadelphia premium outlet mall, closer to parking lot A. They have good clothing line up for men's and that's what I shopped here for. The service is very good in this outlet on a Memorial Day weekend. The check-out lanes are fast compared to others . The price seems to be moderate, in my opinion. The staff did help me get a size that wasn't on the floor. If you have a rewards account with them, you will get a percentage discount, or you can also use the VIP membership from Simon. I always like this place. It's well maintained and the fitting rooms are clean. Good place to shop for clothing .

“I just had the best experience at this store. I was given a gift card to use for the holidays. I made my way to the register excited for my purchases. Of course I can’t find my gift card. So I’m scrambling to find it. The cashier by the name of RYAN was super patient with me. I ended up using my debit card and leaving the store. Of course I found my gift card. So being super embarrassed I went back to the store RYAN so kindly made my return and helped me repurchase my items. Without any judgment or making me feel worse than I did. “Located in the Philadelphia premium outlet mall, closer to parking lot A towards and closer to the central Plaza. They have good line up of mens clothing and youth, that's what we shopped here for. They got t-shirts, shirts, round neck, and a lot of styles.The service is very good in this outlet on a Memorial Day weekend. The check-out lanes are fast compared to others . They kept pushing you for the credit card.
But the store is well maintained and attractive to shop. The price seems to be moderate, in my opinion. The staff did help me and very accomdating.
If you have a rewards account with them or Vip simon, you can avail of a discount. It's not well maintained. It's okay place to shop for clothing for reasonable price.
Overall experience is great will shop again !!”
