I had to purchase two new phones for my children in a span of three weeks. On both occasions, Aaron was extremely helpful. He was very honest about the features of the phone and pricing upfront prior to any Upgrade. He dealt with us very professionally. If you’re looking for a new phone through cricket, I would definitely Recommend the Pottstown location.

Kristin at cricket is a good and wonderful awesome person she went out of her way and made my family very happy with the first time experience that we had in this store ! If you ever need a good person to help you with the phone service and getting starting Kristin would be the girl to go to ! She is a very nice out young person! I never walked into a store and left so happy when I got my new phone! Again she is the girl to ask for at the cricket store ! Pottstown.

Recently visited this store location in hopes of resurrecting my iphone, which had definitely seen better days. Anyway, the outcome wasn't too bright for my phone as it was time (overdue) to get a new one and it's condition was evident of that. Kristen was extremely helpful & top notch with regard to her customer service skills. Will be returning for sure.

Kristin at this location is fantastic. She helped me the last 2 times I had to replace my phone. Service was great and fast. The first time, there were some issues with my old phone connecting to the internet and she bent over backward to help me recover everything possible. She also makes a tedious and mundane interaction personable and pleasant. I would highly recommend this location and Kristin.
