My wife has been coming here for years. The pharmacy overrun they do not have enough staff. They have screwed up her orders 2 times in the last 3 months. Now they are on backorder for 1 of her medications. She was told it will be in give it a few days it's now been over a week and they still haven't got the medication. So this is the last time she will be using this pharmacy. This place needs to be shutdown. We called her doctor and they sent the script over to rite medication filled the next day so there wasn't no nationwide shortage on this drug.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever experienced. On hold for at least 30 minutes every time I call only to then be hung up on before being able to speak to anyone. Called the Upland Sq CVS in Target and was able to speak to pharmacist within 2 minutes who was extremely friendly and professional. I have NEVER dealt with a CVS pharmacy with such poor management before in my life!!!! Not even worth a one star review.

The pharmacy is horrible. I got my scrip sent in yesterday and when I went in to get it today they said it wasn't ready. It will be about 15 to 20 min so I leave and come back 2 and a half hours later and it still isn't ready. Horrible customer service

Their drive through has been closed for months now and they aren’t even trying to keep it open. They told me awhile back it was because they were understaffed, which is fine. Fast forward to a couple days ago, they got three guys in there now and NO ONE waiting in line, but the drive through window is closed anyway. My buddy who works at a CVS says they have to at least try, and if this kind of thing is going on then the person in charge is either incompetent or they are extremely lazy/doesn’t care. There are a few other minor annoyances, but this really is the big one

Talk about inconsistent staff. I have met some very friendly and helpful staff in this store, but some very clearly hate their jobs. One pharmacist in particular, I believe her name is Sue, could not be less helpful if she tried. The few times she has helped me have been awful encounters. Most recently I called about recalled covid tests I had received here. The letter stated to call your CVS store and had the number here. So I did that, and she told me to bring them back to the store and they would replace them. So I did. Well lucky me, Sue was there and she told me to call and number that she scribbled on a sticker for me. No apology for giving me the wrong info on the phone, just call here. I called while there and was directed to a website where I found a way to request a replacement.I get that they are busy. I work in the medical field and fully understand how incredibly draining hours and lack of staff can be. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but being so short and rude ain't it.

Can I do half a star?? Lol, but seriously. The pharmacy staff is unbelievably unprofessional. They are condescending and down right rude! Thankfully I was able to convince my mom to switch pharmacies!! So glad I'll never have a reason to go there again!

This is a disgrace ! This CVS closed indefinitely due to staffing ???!!! My Veteran husband and I need our RX when gone the High street Cvs they said no we don't transfer .Huh ? It's CVS it's there fault and then ..Nope no answer just sorry . My husband got a text saying it's ready ? But there is nobody there but a papersign .Anything happens to him I hold them responsible!

Pharmacy will not answer phone, even though they are open. Do not use CVS. This is an indication of the lack of service you will receive. Read the other reviews.I will contact CVS headquarters to file a formal complaint.

Utter consistent failure of the Pharmacy department. Incorrect hours listed, incorrect hours communicated by staff, and a sheer unwillingness to even acknowledge your presence once you are there. Not sure if they need more staff in the pharmacy, new staff, but my opinion is both.Again this isn’t a one time, two time or even three time thing. This is consistently performing below standards.

Their pharmacy is an absolute disgrace. They are constantly out of medication, which could be out of their control. But the absolute lack of concern they have for their customers is atrocious. They don't bother to call or text you to let you know that they are unable to fill it. Instead, they wait until you go to pick it up and you get, "Oh. We're out of that." OK. Why would you not CALL ME so I could reach out to my doctor and have it filled elsewhere?!?! It can take up to 48 hours for a prescription to be called in and filled at another pharmacy. And, don't even bother trying to call. They don't pick up. Even my doctor is disgusted with them.Go elsewhere. They are worthless.

Over half an hour wait after waiting ten minutes in person just to do a covid test. When i arrived the drive thru it scheduled me for was closed so the pharmacist made me go back outside. The only explanation she had for my wait was, "It's a waiting game. I'm waiting on it to do something." Whatever "it" even is? Then after ignoring me ringing twice (coming over to stare at me then said nothing) to ask how much longer its going to be because there's a line of cars behind me building she just laughs it off and explains laughing she had no intentions of helping the people behind me. No competence.

Can we get a zero star for this place? The pharmacy NEVER has meds ready. Always an excuse which is generally we are short staffed. And the punk that works back there as a tech they must have scraped him from the bottom of the employee barrel! Always bad mouthing customers and the management. We haves moved to a different pharmacy and you should too!!

Every time I have tried to fill a prescription here, they say they are short staffed and they never have prescriptions ready. Some of the staff are extremely rude. I'm just trying to feel better. Why is that any reason to be nasty?

My sons doctor called a script in and Saif it should be ready in a half hour. Go to cvs 2 hours later to be told they don't see a script for my son. I tell them it was called over around 2pm. They come back and say "best I can do is tomorrow". I tell them no he needs it today for serve pink eye. They say come back in an hour. So I call the doctor office. Which they then called the cvs to be put on hold and theb talked to by a rude pharmacist. I got back in an hour its still not ready. I had to wait another 10 minutes. Like really why?! This cvs is a waste of time the pharmacist is rude and lazy. Like give me one reason why if you had the eye drops there you wouldn't fill a script? Time to find a new pharmacy.
