CVS Pharmacy on East High Street in Pottstown, PA is a great place to shop for general store items because the staff there is more knowledgeable and helpful than any other store where I shop.

Need to provide some customer service training to the unkept guy working the drive thru window today. Everyone else working there seems to be nice. He’s less than friendly.

The CVS on high street in Pottstown has always given good service to us but today an associate Andrew went out of his way and was kind and courteous to me as I needed help in fixing the contrast or color of the 8x10 I had printed there and I appreciated his help and great customer service. He was patient and very helpful. Exactly what we need more of in this world.

Been going here for 2 years, when buying supplements with my Prescription the lady with nose piercings refused to honor the deal on Nature's Bounty supplements for B1G1 free (equal or lower value) and tried to charge me for both. When I tell her I have never had an issue buying different supplements of equal value under the deal she immediately became hostile and begins to (directly in front of me) curse me out to other staff. I have had wonderful experiences with all other members of staff and even the man who helped me after her outburst was extremely sweet. Did not appreciate being called Sir while picking up an Estrogen prescription.

Updated to 3. Things have improved recently. Not sure if it is new mgmt, or staffing changes.If I could give them a zero I would. They take days to fill prescriptions they have in stock and weeks for ones that they have to order. Beyond frustrated.

Very disappointed in the management for not informing the pharmacy staff about the CDC's Bridge to Access Program (provides free COVID-19 vaccines to adults without health insurance and adults whose insurance does not cover all COVID-19 vaccines costs). One of the pharmacy techs was able to ask someone who I assume was a manager about it and she knew about it. Clearly management knows about this program but hasn't told their own pharmacy techs or even the pharmacist.The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the pharmacy staff was actually nice and patient with my questions. I thank them. I hope management keeps them informed in the future because I don't want any more people dying from COVID due to lack of money. We've already lost at least 1.5 million lives due to government inadequacy. We don't need to lose any more.

This pharmacy is awful. I've met one good pharmacist recently, who also admitted how good the pharmacy used to be. I left this pharmacy over a year ago because I couldn't take the incompetent treatment anymore. Unfortunately, my husband stayed and now he also knows to leave. He just had surgery this past Tuesday and he was in so much pain. The jerk that works there said they couldn't get his pain medication to him for 2 hours!!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I told him he just had hernia surgery and he was white in the face, holding his stomach. He refused to help and said there are people before him and basically too bad for you. He could have escalated his prescription to the pharmacist, but no!! No apologies!!! Nothing!! I used to work at a pharmacy and this is unacceptable!! Why I didn't ask for a pharmacist, I don't know!! I was worried about my husband. The story gets worse, but I just hope this store goes out of business.

This place is the worst! Your Dr sends a prescription in and they don't tell you it's out of stock.. but before that on the app it says it's processing.... go in and ask how long this new prescription will be they say they don't even have it. That would be nice to know before hand. Everyone in the pharmacy dept is rude. I'm switching pharmacies

Hate hate hate this pharmacy always understaff. Never have Rx ready. They don’t have time to be human and treat the customer with respect I could not imagine having to work at this location. Customer are always left waiting for medication. My Rx was called in at 3pm it is now 7:18 they did not have time to fill my Rx. I called on my way from center city philly I drove 1.5 hours and was still on hold as I walked in the door. Now because I’m here the can have it done in 30 minutes. I can’t even deal with this location anymore. It’s not that this happens occasionally which is why I was trying to call them as this medication is needed immediately. Does not matter what time of day you come here. I will have my medication filled elsewhere going forward.

Chose this pharmacy because it was in close proximity to where I work. that was a mistake. The pharmacy staff are very rude and have "lost" my prescription on three separate occasions. I had not received an update about pickup for over a week so I called the pharmacy directly only to be told my prescription was out of stock and to call back the following day. I did as instructed and was told my prescription would be filled and ready for pickup in the next hour and a half. I stopped in after work today (over eight hours after the initial phone call confirming the prescription would be ready) and the rude young woman at the counter took my info and said "nothing in here for you". I explained that I had been told by an actual human on the phone just hours before that my prescription would be ready and she rolled her eyes and said "Don't know what to tell you" and walked away to chat with the other pharmacy staff about their plans for after work. Incredibly disappointing and I will be switching pharmacies as soon as possible.
