I have been a Diamond credit union member since 2005 and today provided another reason why I have been a member for so long.
The representative I spoke to,Karina,,was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. She took the time to review and discuss various options that are available based on my financial situation and needs. She was detailed, thorough and so knowledgeable.
She was patient and supportive of the needs I called in to have addressed.
I highly recommend doing business with Diamond Credit Union - they go above and beyond, every time!!!

I was having difficulty accessing my account on line with the app. Kevin Ern was the customer service representative I was lucky enough to connect with He helped me tremendously. He was kind and patient and very pleasant. He knew his job very well. He actually took his time with me because he knew how frustrated I was and he really cared about me getting my answers to the questions of my problems.
