This was my second stay here at this hotel, and once again, I loved it. The staff was very gracious and friendly. I had an unexpected issue at the airport, which prevented me from flying into Pennsylvania until several days later. I reached out to Expedia, and they communicated this with the hotel on my behalf. Although I was unable to make the check-in time for my scheduled date, they still held my reserved room for when I arrived a few days later.
The hotel property is always clean, inside and out. They also have free parking, free breakfast, free wifi, a gym, and they even accept delivery packages (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, etc.) on your behalf. It is also conveniently located for shopping and restaurants/eateries. Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pottstown Limerick is my new #1 spot for whenever I'm in Pottstown, PA.

Unfortunately, my flight was cancelled, so I wasn't able to stay at this hotel. While I understand that a refund wasn't possible due to booking through a third party, I was deeply disappointed by the conduct of the hotel manager, Brian Cottman. Not only was he unprofessional and condescending, but he was also evasive and misleading during our conversation. His lack of transparency and unwillingness to provide straightforward answers made an already frustrating situation far worse. It felt as though he was more interested in deflecting responsibility than in helping a guest in distress. I hope Marriott takes steps to train their managers to be more empathetic and respectful towards paying guests, especially in difficult situations.

I found myself in need of a room at the last minute for a group of 8 and the staff here Brian, Amanda and Julie were more than accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. We had a few bumps in the road and they were all overly accommodating and friendly! The hotel is nice, clean, close to where I needed to be and I felt safe. Great place to be when you cannot be at home! I am GRATEFUL!

$75 for early check in even though the room was ready....Never heard of that in a Marriott. No late checkout. Small rooms for suburban location. Won't stay again.

Not a bad hotel. Clean. Comfy beds says me who has a chronic back condition. Our bathroom slider door, so they moved us to another room and all was well. Very friendly, respectful and accommodating. Amanda was great! Breakfast wasn't a wow but not bad.
