I was upset and frustrated when my teen driver popped a tire. I called and spoke to a woman who assured me that the they could change it in 1 hour right before closing. This store took a stressful situation and made it so easy to resolve. Great service!

Worst service ever and rude. I had a 7 am appointment which is right at opening. However the service advisor was more engrossed in his phone than unlocking the doors and made me wait 7 more minutes to open the door while standing around.
I had an appointment through caradvise to install the tires. The service advisor was rude and derogatory for my decision to use them instead of buying the tires and service directly through Firestone.
Lastly when the issues were sorted out and no other vehicles or work orders were being worked on I waited an additional 40 minutes while 5 techs were standing in the bays socializing with the bays empty and my car still sitting outside, too lazy to install two tires on a sedan. The advisor then tried to charge an extra $124 for an alignment I already paid for. I also paid for and requested a rotation and yet both tires were installed in the front and not rotated.
I would not recommend anyone to Firestone based off of the experience here. Definitely stick with mom and pop shops for jobs that you can't do yourself instead of these big chains that just want to take your money and waste your valuable time. Just shy of 2 hours wasted for a simple job.

I had 4 new tires installed at the Hatfield Firestone. I was not happy with them. I had 2 tires that leaked air after the initial installation. I brought my car to the Pottstown Firestone. They remounted the tires and there are no problems.

The old guy was confusing and not helpful at all. Put dirty rims and tires in my car. NOT GOOD!

I have been very pleased with the Pottstown fire stone they do a great job and always treat me fairly. I think one of the things I like best is there prompt and efficient service .I depend on my car as do most people and having it serviced quickly and getting me out the same day with the repairs completed is a great benefit.

I'm surprised to see they have a 3.9 Google rating. I used them twice and had a great experience both times. Today I was in for an inspection. My technician was Ethan. He did a great job. He was honest and didn't try to upsale me. James was my service advisor and he was extremely professional. He took the time to explain that my sway bars needed replaced soon. The staff in the front were nice and friendly to my little boy and that was cool to see. I had a great experience and will be returning in two weeks to get my sway bars replaced.
