Had our first visit there for our senior pup and was very happy about the experience. We were greeted right away and taken to a room pretty quickly. Dr Gellman and the techs took great care of our boy and called the next day with bloodwork results.

If there were more stars! I was treated with so much respect and empathy the first time I called. I am coming here from now on. Thank you for everything you did for us.

Well I would not even give one star but can't go lower. We had our cat there , vet said would be fine. That cat died because of wrong diagnosis. Had another cat that had a sore on leg. Vet said would be OK. Just a scrape. That cat passed . Wrong diagnosis . Third cat took in. Was a misdiagnosis again. Finally found out had cancer . Sent us to a specialist. Turns out the vet used to work with him and were buddies. And they misdiagnosed what type of cancer. Ended up going elsewhere. Cat was saved. Long story short is if you love your pets , go elsewhere !

This place was amazing. We had to unfortunately put our beloved dog Angel down and was tough on our entire family especially for my 16 year old son who has had angel his entire life. They were extremely compassionate and professional and gave us as much time as needed to say our final goodbyes to Angel. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have been to French Creek VCA several times over the past 2 years. The staff is always helpful, and the doctors take time to listen to me. I am the kind that researches things on line so sometimes my questions are never ending and annoying, but it's never been a problem and I never felt that the vet wasn't paying attention. The hospital manager has always taken the time to go over anything I'm not sure about on my bill, and helps her staff when they are overwhelmed or confronted with a difficult problem. Scheduling is tough, but that's at every vet office, not just here.

We've been long-time patients at French Creek Vet. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to giving the best care possible. They always take the time to answer any questions and explain everything thoroughly. My dogs love them and have no problems going with any of the staff when they take them to do bloodwork or anything. They always get love from everyone there.

NOTE: This review focuses on dogs! As a local who has had dogs his whole life, I've been around to a bunch of the vets in the area. For reference, I can't speak to the cost of this vs others, because I have a criteria that supersedes all others... ... my dogs are lunatics. These folks are great with all of them, and I knew they would be, because I grew up with a lunatic dog that filtered us through a bunch of the other vets. The staff here are all excellent with fearful/crazy dogs, full of love for animals, and have taken great care of us for years. For what it's worth, they have bags outside and a nice grassy area where I've collected a lucky stool sample.

I had to put my sweet Dozer to sleep & was struggling to let him go. People who work here were patient & so understanding. Dozer has been by my side & my best friend for 17yrs. They are compassionate. It's been a week & I still cry that he's gone.

Unexpectedly had to put our dog down due to illness. The vet closed at 7 but graciously did not rush us to leave under the circumstances. We were placed in a private room where we were allowed to spend as much time as we needed to say our good byes. There was a candle lit and he was placed on a blanket on the floor. When it was over, the doctor wrapped him in the blanket and treated him with respect. They even sent us a sympathy card in the mail and provided us with an imprint of his paws as a keepsake ❤
