Lol cheese! What I think is deplorable is when a store is trying to get rid of lunch meat or in this case cheese in the pre cut section and uses their own SB (store brand) that I know is much different than land of lakes based on how shiny, floppy their brand is....and then charge you brand prices! Not the first time I noticed this done. The other thing I noticed here, and again, if "cutting corners" here...where else? If I ask for chipped cut, give me chipped...don't pretend to fool me with sliced meat because you don't think I'll notice! Perhaps this may be a reason to go robot...at least you know what you get

The staff has always been helpful, courteous, and professional. If, for some reason, the doctor ordered something that was not in stock, the pharmacist would order it. Best of all, they get to know the people coming in for service.

The cashiers are always rude. I have had multiple bad experiences and will no longer shop at this location. Examples: a cashier was disrespectful to a black gentleman behind me in line; a cashier and bagger were rude to me because I was wearing a mask, and every time I go through line I am expected to bag my groceries - the cashier just stuffs my groceries down the belt into a huge pile so that packages or delicate fruit are smashed. They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them to bag your groceries. I always help, but I certainly don't expect to do it all myself while the cashier stands there and looks at me like I'm not working hard enough.

We're in the middle of the Omicron variant pandemic and not a single employee was wearing a mask. I did not feel safe. Disgraceful.

Giving one star review from all the whiners complaining about masks. Go join protests or go get a real job and do something with your life besides complain complain and complain. Stfu.

We have gone to this store for years. We just got back in town and did our shopping. 50% of people were masked and 50% were not. It seems the same everywhere. However what is not ok is there is no hand sanitizer or wipes for carts. Covid or not all stores have this now. Washing hands and wiping carts should be a given going forward and should have always been. Very backwards of giant and to not supply anything

I bought a corned beef for St Patty’s Day and it was off in taste. Lower quality meats being sold?

Giant Food Stores, despite having signs posted requiring masks, is not enforcing the mandate. Straight from corporate... they are not allowing their stores to enforce the mask wearing mandate. if you prefer not to take the unnecessary risk of exposing yourself and loved ones, I'd recommend avoiding Giant Food Stores until their ways are changed. Allowing customers to roam the store without precautions is putting EVERYONE at risk.

Workers not wearing their masks in the aisle chatting with friends. At least 4 workers including a woman behind the deli counter wearing their masks mask below their nose. When I spoke to the man behind the counter he asked me if I knew how hard it was to wear a mask all day at work and implied that some of the people not wearing masks were vendors and don't work for the store. Simple solution: let your workers take frequent breaks, have them wear the mask properly or fire them, including the vendors. After almost 20 years as a customer I may have to find a new place to shop.

Roberta was disgustingly mean with lack communication towards her customers. Requesting to speak with a manager, Sandy came out and assisted with making me feel valued as a customer. Sandy and a manager gets five stars

this store... and these employees have been amazing through this whole disaster. they risk getting sick just to come in and do their job. I hope Giant appreciates each and everyone of them. The cashiers especially are wonderful!

This is my go to grocery store. They have good produce and a friendly staff. I have used them for birthday cakes and fruit trays, in addition to the weekly stuff. The quality has been consistently good. When we picked up my son's birthday cake, they even gave him a free balloon to celebrate. I can always find what I need here. I greatly prefer this one to the Giant up by Target, it is clean and well maintained. People are friendly and returns are hassle free. Update: Since my original review, this Giant has stopped carrying several of my go to items. Other Giant stores still have them. So even though this was my go to place and most convenient, I now drive several miles out of my way to other stores to get things I need. Super disappointing!
