Visited there yesterday! A very polite girl named Jessica was there alone! Even with there being quite a few people in the store she was still able to help everyone! With a smile on her face! She was very nice and very helpful! I highly recommend the store just because of the excellent customer service I received from this young lady!! If I could give 10 stars I would of!

The Old lady who works in the store is the Worst. She doesn’t know how to talk to people. Very rude and arrogant lady. Please don’t visit this store and support the business.
1. She wants to close the store early and trying to rush us. Even though we were at the checkout by 8.30. Store close time is at 9 pm.
2. At the billing she charged extra for our toys and
When I asked to correct it , she is asking my daughter to explain me. When my daughter told the lady that you are billing extra then she said you guys don’t need to buy here with this much trouble.
So what I understood is , She wants to cheat us and if you ask to correct then she rudely says no need to purchase.

I went to this store at 5:30pm to shop. The sign on the door said “open come in” however the doors were locked. The employee came to the door to tell me they were closed but she couldn’t flip the sign to closed. I explained how it doesn’t make sense to do something like that and asked to get the managers information. At that point she told me her manager wouldn’t care and is fine with it and wouldn’t give me the number. The store is supposed to be open until 9 pm. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be going back to this store. I made a complaint and the store will be fined due to the early closing. They were attempting to get away with not being fined with the open sign even though the doors were locked.

Such a sweet woman working here tonight. Very kind to my daughter and really knew the toys in the store. Will be coming back!

The store was closed upon arrival at 10:30 am. After 20 minutes of waiting, we walked into the store, me with my 7 year old nephew…very inappropriate music was blasting…we had to leave…what a horrible experience for a children’s toy store

An older woman who works here was extremely nasty with myself and my children. We walked in and she immediately questioned my oldest son who was excited to look around the store. When I asked her why she had a problem with us she started going off saying I had a problem with my own children. When I then asked her name and the store managers name she told me to look around and find a card with the info. I’m sorry but if you don’t feel like working that’s your problem don’t take it out on my kids !

Great selection of gifts and figures. Unfortunately I wasn't in here long enough to browse all of what they had. Otherwise I'd of probably been in there all day.I would recommend popping in if you're after figurines, etc. The lady working there was nice and friendly too. I will visit again.
