Thought I needed an alignment because the car pulled left. Turned out to be a minor manufacturing tolerance issue with the tire. They rotated the tires and the car drives straight as an arrow. Could have easily charged me for an alignment, but only charged me for a tire rotation....a very honest move. Scott was patient and explained things well. I will be back next time I need something.
