Buyer beware -- Just spend the extra $$ on something higher rated its worth it in the long run rather then to take a chance on HF junk.
Purchased a 3 in 1 framing nailer on 10-29-2024, brought it home eager to get started on the project I hear my wife beat my ear about in my sleep. Pull it out of the box, boom doesn't work. Absolute junk and out of the box does not work. Go to store on 11-5 to return because it does not work and I'm charged a $24.00 restock fee?
A restock fee to restock an item that does not work. Makes ZERO sense but I guess they plan to resell the same tool over and over and charge to restock it?

I have stopped in this location several times. The store is kept well, staff is friendly and shelves are organized. Overall great job by the staff and management!

I like shopping here too much. The staff is helpful and told are quality at a non-big box price. I can't count the number of told I've bought here that I either can't find at the big box or are so expensive that it's make harbor freight my first choice in buying tools.

This seems to be a nice Harbor Freight freight location. I stopped by about 15 minutes before closing time and couldn't find what I was looking for, so I went to the front register and asked there. They used their 2-way radios to have a worker get the tool that I wanted, and they were friendly. The store was clean and orderly, which is good, especially for Harbor Freight.

We were looking for an adapter for a power washer and tried Ace and Home Depot first and they were useless. When we got to Harbor Freight in Pottstown, we found exactly what we needed and Makayla checked to make sure it was the right product, set it up for us, AND gave us a coupon! She was amazing! Five stars! More if we could!
