I can’t say enough good things about the Harbor Freight in Pottstown! This store has come a long way since opening five years ago, greatly improved since opening in late 2020, and truly deserves a 5-star rating now. The improvements are noticeable— organization, a wider selection of tools, generally speaking they keep everything well stocked, and a much-improved shopping experience overall. The current staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help you find what you need. Having a local Harbor Freight has been a game-changer for DIYers and professionals alike in the Pottstown area—no more long drives to Downingtown (which is also great, just far) for quality tools at unbeatable prices.

Love this place, yeah, most of the tool are cheap but Harbor Freight to come a long way and they're always there in a pinch when you really got to have something and the staff are more than helpful if home Depot or Lowe's had a staff like them diaper Harbor Freight out of business but I don't see Harbor Freight going anywhere with the courteous and helpful staff that they have I buy cheap tools with good customer service over expensive tools with zero customer service. Thanks Harbor Freight
