Horrible!! Tax preparer messed up our return and can get NO help!! Manager doesnt contact us back, customer service was no help!! Been trying to get help with this but there customer service is useless!! Never will use them again!! $850 in feesfor a messed up return??? Thats unreal!!! There guarantees mean nothing!!!
