Not a trustworthy..poor communication.
I had my car inspect and oil changed from here, when I came to home, car stopped working, I called jump start service from insurance and none could make it work. I called Jim auto and they said they can't do anything, I need to tow the car to them. I said that something happened during inspection or oil changed and they clearly denied.
I towed the car finally and they took 3 days to figure out that it was battery issue and charged me 400 buck. They complain about software unit that it was not able to communicate to system so they need to reset and it is a manual process. When I check with dealer then dealer laughs..
I would stay away from them. Lady on reception is hard to communicate any thing, just say car is not ready..eww it was a very poor experience.

I have been a customer of Jim’s auto for approximately six months now!
It has been the most refreshing experience to rely on an automotive service that is so professional! Accommodating and friendly!!
I had a last-minute service that I needed to have done.
I was given an appointment promptly!
On the way to my appointment. I discovered that I had another service that I needed to have an oil change.
I was accommodated immediately and sent on my way.!!
Kayla was professional! Kind and got me in and out on a lunch break!!!

Jim’s Automotive will perform above and beyond and they have no issues taking on big jobs that other shops won’t take on. They Performed a Cam Install, Engine block tap, valves adjusted, heads rebuilt , and offered warranty on all work done. Shop worked with the high quality parts I provided(OEM). Turnaround time was quick and Tech Adam did great work and Daniel helps me all the other times I come in. Understanding people and quick service. Price is good, they charge for what they do.
