They really work with you. If you see any flaws or issues with the vehicle. They do their best to fix it. Eric is great to work with. We bought my husband's 2017 Ford Edge back in May with Eric. Then just recently, I had find a new vehicle because mine was totaled in an accident. I ended up getting my first Ford vehicle. A 2018 Ford Escape.

I really don't understand how they don't have more bad reviews... Roughly 5 years ago i was searching for my first car at 16. I had saved up my money and had a good amount to put down on a car. I was looking for a small four door used car. Salesman was very nice but unfortunately he knew what he was selling to me and didn't say a word. He knew i was a high school student and needed this car to get me through college. The whole reason i saved up to get a decent car... Ignorant to say the least. How can you sell a car to a STUDENT knowing the issues it has. 2014 ford focus 2 YEARS OLD when i bought it... apparently ford has a lawsuit against them for these cars because of the transmission issue that is "unfixable" mind you they've had this issue for years before i even was looking at cars. My warranty covered it until 100,000 miles.. so i didn't think much of it until i heard its an on going problem meaning i would have to come back EACH YEAR to get the clutch replaced. I hit 100,000 miles and they refuse to pay for it let alone help me figure out what to do!!! They told me to contact ford.. wtf?!!! U are ford and if u have to contact someone higher up these employees should be doing it for me! My car would stall and have issues accelerating after stopping at stop signs and lights so pretty dangerous if u ask me. Eventually, after it got to a point i felt seriously unsafe driving this anywhere.. we called ford they told us about the lawsuit and we could file a claim. They said we would see an email in 10-15 days and to follow the instructions. After 20 days still no email.. we started calling at least twice a day.. all we got was rude and disrespectful customer service and was told we would get it. My car then started to get even worse so we called with the same disrespect we were given and they said we had to pay the 2,000 dollars and then "call back" to get reimbursed.. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! As a college student this was such a stressful first car. I loved the vehicle literally everything about it but the trans was great. But the fact they sold this to a 16 year old and not a word about this issue really rubbed me the wrong way. We were going to pay it and wait for the reimbursement bc i was in the process of saving for a new vehicle and wasn't ready to buy yet. Unfortunately i was in a car accident so I never got the chance to see if they'd actually pay me back. I currently own a brand new Nissan rogue 2021. They cared about the fact i was a college student and told me about any recalls and past issues they've had with this vehicle. I will never NEVERRRR buy a ford again. Let me just add here while I'm at it.. i went in for service a few times and they tried taking advantage of a female teenager. My mom would call have everything set up for me bc she works and cant come every time.. With the most disrespect and ignorant attitude i was left crying and having my mom call them because i didn't know how to deal with them. I will always remember this girls name 'Jessica Kuntz' very rude and made me so upset.. again i was a minor. I am now 21 and speaking up because that service is not acceptable. I found a 2014 Ford F-150 online. So I went to take a look at it. So I ended up talking to Eric the salesman. Ended up with great experience he was no pressure and relax and that what I like about it. The truck needed some work so they did it. It was a great experience. Plus the one thing I like about it is I picked it up with a full tank of fuel. Thanks I def will be back

Hands down best car buying experience ever!! John Armstrong worked hard to make sure I got in a vehicle that was an excellent fit for my budget and “must haves”. I could not be happier with my car or the service I received. Their patient, professional and friendly service has made me a lifetime customer. I love JFK Ford in Pottstown. I purchased two Fords from this location. Sales Representative Brad D. was very patient as I looked at several vehicles with my kids in tow, and we changed our minds several times. Finance Department was also helpful with pricing. A fabulous Team at JFK Ford Pottstown!!

I love JKF. I just went and got my... 4th back to back Ford Explorer. Love working with John A and Dave E. at this location. They listen and work the best deal possible. I have been going here since 2005 and will keep going here as now one of my two kids will need a car, so this will be my place to go for car number 3, when the time comes. They follow Covid safety and all are responsible and respectful of social distances etc. When you look for a car be sure to visit them first. Also, I have been going here, so long I a feel like family now and their service department is great as well. Fast and clean work done very timely on your vehicle while you wait or drop off or get a loaner/rental etc.

This dealership is a JOKE! I sent my car there for a recall about two weeks ago. Not only did they say my car was "junk" but they emptied my transmission fluid and sent it back to me with ABSOLUTELY NONE IN IT & I can't put any in myself because it needs to be jacked....etc. SO I've complained and they told me they would extend my warranties on the following.... its been two weeks since then and they don't return my phone calls, begged me to take down my first post and after
