All of the staff, particularly Adam, were very helpful and efficient. The young woman working the fitting room was also very helpful. Adam met us near the door, ushered us to the section we were interested in, then helped find the right size jeans. Overall a very productive and time efficient visit.

Justin was so helpful to me! He went above and beyond to find my right size and gave me great advice regarding the jean length. He also went online to see if he could find my size there. I would highly recommend asking for Justin when you shop there!

A really nice Levi’s shop. Lots of clothes to choose from-women and men. Loads of jeans choices. The sales staff were very helpful but not overbearing. I found what I was looking for very easy. It was clean and well displayed.

They didn't carry my size. Very strange to find that out. I am 6'4" and weigh 295. Not that unusual.

On Black Friday, shopping night, a female shop assistant yelled at a customer so rude for the customer stepped on a ladder placed right in front of the shelf and reached an item. First, the ladder was NOT supposed to be there. Second, there is no safety sign of using the ladder. And, actually the customer didn't climb high, mere a step. But the assistant shouted aloud, and everyone in the store was so frightened and turned into silence. Honestly, we were so bummed out. This assistant effectively ruined every customer's happy night. And, we saw many left right after this incident. We fully understand that Black Friday is overwhelming for people who have to work in a store. However, please don't forget that your customers are the ones who actually pay your bills. This female shop assistant wears glasses, and looks slim, height about 5'4". We will sincerely appreciate it if she gets fired ASAP.
