My Daughter and my 6 year old Grandson who has spectrum autism was in your store today. You need to hire staff who has compassion. They were rude to my daughter and grandson and were asked to leave the store. I hope none of your employees have a child with these issues. I'm sure they wouldn't want to be treated like they were.

Ridiculously overpriced! There are dollar tree decorations priced for $1. Most of the items you can buy new for close to the same price. It’s disgustingly greedy when they get these items for free.

Love this location! It’s always clean, organized, and well-laid out. So many good items to choose from, from clothes, to housewares and dishes/cookware, to decorations (daily & seasonal). The employees are always really friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend for anyone looking to save some money and do some thrifting!

Prices are out of control here now, just as they have been at their Collegeville location for years. $40 for dirty used seesaw, $70 for old coffee maker in banged up box just because they claim it's new?! They get all this stuff for free! Only highlight is most of the employees are pleasant but the insane prices need to be reevaluated.

They are a non-profit operating off donations, but their prices are ridiculously high! Some things I came across are just a few dollars less than retail! There are some bargains, but not enough to consider this is "thrift shop". Their prices have been getting worse through the years, but as far as I know, their status as a non- profit remains the same. Probably should consider significantly lowering prices. If you look at the reviews from years ago to now, they went from 4&5 star to 1&2 star! All because of over pricing and less than acceptable merchandise... So if current owner and management won't lower prices, maybe you should get new ownership before losing the business! Word travels fast!

Huge furniture and clothing sections. New items brought out weekly. Friendly staff and quick service. Only downside is the prices have gotten a little high lately. You can find Greta deals though, I got a nearly brand new wine cabinet.

A few years ago Id have nothing but good things to say. But now? Extremely overpriced and poor quality. It seems like furniture in very poor condition gets marked up because its "mid century" or staff thinks its worth something. The same goes for clothing, glasswear...really everything. Youre not an antique booth, please get a grip.

I love this store but it Closes too early!I checked 22 used furniture stores in the area and ALL ARE CLOSED before 7 PM! This is incredibly frustrating if you have a job and you eat dinner so you have energy to buy and load furniture to take home after work. I need to leave early to get here so I’ll lose money to come before the sun goes down.Is anyone else interested in a used furniture store that is open in the evenings until 9 or 10 pm? Because I’m thinking of opening one that also sells used clothing for kids and adults and perhaps toys and books.& music equipment. You can message me at victory shop on aol.

Much larger store than many other thrift stores I've been to. They have a great selection of furniture, books, media, kitchenware, and women's clothes. Not so much men's, but that's not unusual. I actually feel like they don't have as many trinkets or shelf decor that I usually get at thrift stores, but I usually find something.

The staff was very friendly but it seems like they have no standards for the donations they accept to sell. Most of the items I saw were in poor shape or very outdated. Felt like I was shopping through someone’s trash with the quality of items they were selling. And overpriced at that.
