They were very rude on the phone and would not help me. A manager said that even though there was other associates with her, she was not allowed to leave her spot and go check on an item for me. Then she told me that would just have to wait.

Basically all self service, find your own stuff, don't ask anyone. Check yourself out. It's was about what you'd expect these days, nothing exceptional, nothing awful.
