Wanted to swap the SIM card out of my current cell phone to my new unlocked cell phone. Simply inserting the sim did not work as it has many times in the past. No problem head to the store and are told it’s $27 to simply get them to transfer the sim from one phone to another. Turns out metro link IMEI numbers to SIM cards, again not a big deal but if you swap phones you can’t simply insert your metro sim even if the phone is unlocked. We were not happy about paying $27 for something so simple but agreed. Card machine not working only taking cash. Okay again no big deal but when it comes to actually swapping the sim to the new phone turns out we can’t do this until upgrading to another plan! The price we pay for our line is no longer available and before they can swap the sim we have to agree to a price increase in the line we have. All of this because we simply asked them to activate the sim in the new phone. Ended up talking to customer service whilst there too who couldn’t offer any help and all irrelevant anyway when even if we did agree to switch to a new line price, we couldn’t have paid anyway because the card machine was not working. The guy in the store was polite and friendly but it’s not a good policy to have from a customers point of view. Charing $27 for something I later found out when I got home you can do online for free and took me 5 minutes (something the guy in the store said was very complicated) still had to upgrade my line plan online so monthly cost is more but did not have to pay $27 for the pleasure. I don’t understand why we weren’t told it is free to do online at their website. Trying to make $27 and not letting us know it was possible to do online for free may have lost them two loyal customers.

Employee had little knowledge and even asked me how to do his job. I had to call Customer service to do his job after he’d messed my phone up to begin with. Since the port was messed up I asked him to just give me a new number at which I was told he couldn’t. Customer care ended up doing it without even being asked two days later when my phone just started working again. There was a sign on the door that said they were hiring and when asked about it he said no they were not. Very unprofessional. Being a former Tmobile employee I guarantee there would be 10 times the customer satisfaction there is now.

If I could I would give less . My son bought in a phone that he just received back to the store because it was broke. Just purchased mind you , from the manager prior. The guy working at the store said there was nothing he could do. The manager charged him an additional $140 dollars and bragged about how good this phone was . The guy in the store said he is not the manager and there is nothing he could do , but stated he was a manager in another store . And suggested he spend an additional $75 on another phone . This is ridiculous..Trying to beat him out of $215 plus dollars. We left with him still having the broke phone . This store is not taking any accountability. This should have been no problem and a replacement given. I will take whatever measure to make sure he is treated fairly, my son did nothing wrong. Stay away from this store!!!

So I went in the store sunday, and their was a sales rep named tony, I didn't get a chance to get his last name, but I can't tell you how helpful he was to get me on track with my issues, his patience and is caring of his job, was unbelievable, I never seen anybody care so much about his job to helping people, fix their problems. He was one person in the store, and he was very good , he was quick and his patients was excellent.

Today Troy went above and beyond to help me set up my new phones. He was great a his job! Him and his co worker made great team in the store! Very friendy and welcoming enviorment.

My brother bought a new phone there, he didn't like it. They absolutely would not give him a refund! No way will I go there to buy anything. Service is lousy too!

I would give 0 stars if possible.I drove 45 miles each way to the Cirporate Store on Cottman Ave in Philladelphia because both my local stores in Pottstown were unable to answer my questionsWhen I got there 2 hours before closing time, the store was CLOSED & SHUTTERED with NO sign saying why it was closed
