Initially I found the process a little confusing, but then when we put our details in, the most helpful advisor Sam Peacock couldn't have made it all simpler. Thank you Sam so much for all the help and answering my constant stream of questions.

I recently bought a furniture set from Moore's. Everything was great for about two hours after we got the mattress on the bed, but the bed soon broke on the top left and bottom right. I was unhappy and emailed Moore's. Once they got the email the next morning, they contacted me immediately and repaired the issue the same day. Unfortunately, a few days later, the bed broke on the top right side. Again, I emailed them, all frustrated. So once more, as soon as they got the email, they reached out. They offered me a couple of options, and I said that I just wanted the bed to be taken away. No issues or arguments- they came out the same day to get the bed out and let me know the refund for it would arrive in about two weeks. We did keep the bedside tables, chest, and dresser w/mirror, though, as those had no problem. In the end, I ordered a metal platform off of Amazon as well as a fabric headboard since I'd be hard pressed to find wood that matched exactly.The moral of the story isn't that Moore's sells bad furniture or not to buy from them; quite the opposite actually. I hope that, from my story, you're able to see how proficiently and professionally Moore's handled a bad situation that was beyond their control. While I'd usually consider myself relatively easy to deal with, I did not present my best face with Moore's, yet they never responded negatively, only with helpfulness and expedience. I would absolutely recommend Moore's, and the remaining furniture that I have is simply lovely. If you have an issue, Moore's will take care of you, plain and simple.

When choosing to buy furniture from a local US based company, be sure to choose a company that values its customers and employees. Moore's Furniture is no longer that company!

I highly recommend Moore's if you are looking for quality furniture. My new sofa and chair were just delivered. Delivery guys Mike and Steve were awesome. They were careful and courteous, and even moved my other furniture back. My salesperson, Linda Christy was very patient with me as it took me forever to choose the right fabric for both pieces. I also like that the sales people let you browse instead of following you thru the store. If you need help, they are there. I have purchased most of my furniture from Moore's and will continue to return.

I HIGHLY recommend Moore’s Furniture in Limerick. Our salesperson (Elaine Morris) was a professional! She gave us space to look a while, then answered our questions, gave us ideas on groupings and sizes. Can't say enough good things about our experience.

I just placed my order at Moores. I was satisfied until the salesperson Nathan said ok let’s go upstairs and get everything done so we can get out of here. He was rushing me cause he wanted to make sure he was out of there by 6:00 o’clock. Than after he said he would take care of my order until I was ready for it I got a call the next day asking me to set up my delivery date.I wanted to add to my review to let anyone out there know that if they plan on purchasing furniture from Moores to make sure you ask if you will be receiving the floor model or brand new. I happen to go back to Moores the next day looking for another piece and as I was looking around I saw that on two of my pieces said sold on them. I let Nathan know that I wanted brand new pieces for my new home. He looked shocked and annoyed and and said oh I didn’t know that. I knew that the couch and chair that I purchased was in stock cause I was told this on a previous visit. Now for the table and chairs I bought I was than told that was the last set. I asked why I was not told this information and he had no answer. I asked for a discount since I would be getting the floor model and he said they don’t do that. I have never encountered this before as everywhere else I have made purchases they have disclosed this information to me and since it was the floor model I was given a discount.

We bought a dining room set from Moore’s in November. Had visited the showroom several times before, so knew exactly what we wanted, same as the display model on floor. Exactly same. We were there with our salesperson for 3 1/2 hrs. At most parts you wanted to help the salesperson, as a matter of fact my husband did, such as finding wood sample, that salesmen couldn’t locate etc. Worse experience we ever had. Okay, we got passed that, figured he had a bad day. Called to check on furniture delivery schedule, as we were told February or March. No response, was told they left voicemail, which we did not receive and were going to check again but of course never got that response either. Called today asking if our salesperson could tell us the exact color of our chair cushions as we wish to purchase rug. Read him the specific color code on invoice, was going to get right back to us. That never happened either. They have great products but need some better sales-personal and management. Our last purchase from Moore’s. Hoping that when furniture comes in it is right because don’t know how anyone can read what the sales person scribbled on our receipt. .
