Deceptive advertiser!
It's not uncommon for RV & vehicle companies to add fees to teir advertised price, but Optimum RV set a new record for me - $2995 in destination charges and $2495 in prep charges for a total of almost $5500 above the advertised price!
They KNOW these charges in advance, they aren't optional, so should have been included in the advertised price.
We probably would have bought the camper we were looking at, even if there'd been a reasonable document fee but this is so crooked we wouldn't buy it under any circumstances.

Terrible. Purchased an RV from them 3 months ago. They set me up with temp tags and said permanent tags and title will be delivered in about 30 to 60 days. 60 days came and went, no tags no title. They then sent me another temp tag for 30 days, this time from Florida? I drove the RV for vacation from PA to CA. Temp tags are now expired and I am stuck in CA with my vehicle with expired tags. I call but only get voice mail. I do not have the title or tags. I gave them a CA address to ship them to but they are refusing to do it. I will have to contact PA attorney general and an attorney.

I purchased my unit on 7/24/25 and returned on 8/8/25 for service. I recieved excellent service on both visits. The sales persons Matt and Rob were very helpful and the service department with Blake and the men who worked on my camper were great. They answered every question I had and addressed each issue with patience and care.

After hearing stories about RV dealers, we were pleasantly surprised with our experience at Optimum RV. Lucas Emkey was very knowledgeable and patient with us and our endless stream of questions which he answered to our satisfaction. There was no problem having an independent RV inspector, hired by us, come and examine the unit. The RV inspector said they were great working with her and only found very minor issues which were resolved. (It is a used RV, after all.) John Sefcyk worked with us and made the financing part easy as did Matt with the final paperwork. At no time did we feel being overly pressured.

Todd, Blake, and all the mechanics did a great job getting our warranty work done for our new RV. They were efficient, and easy to work with.

Chris and Blake at the Stowe store were amazing. They helped me the same day and got my trailer up and running, and even explained some maintenance tips to avoid running into my battery again. Only was waiting for a hour, overall great and professional customer service

Absolutely amazing experience here. Matt and Lukas were helpful beyond belief. We visited a few dealerships, and they were the only ones to guide us to an ACTUAL four seasons 5th wheel. Explained everything to us thoroughly, and answered all of our 8,674 questions. Very rarely do you meet people trying to sell you something who seem like they care more about you than the sale itself. Really appreciate these guys. We left with a 2021 Grand Solitude 390rk and couldn’t be happier.

I originally left a positive review for Optimum RV based on our experience with the salesman, who was friendly and helpful during the purchase. However, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing.
After purchasing the RV, I asked multiple times for a list of known issues that the previous owners told me they had provided to Optimum RV. I don’t expect the dealership to fix anything — I simply want to give the list to my RV mechanic so I can proactively address any concerns. Despite nearly a dozen requests, I was ignored. The sales manager once said he would call me back but never did.
Only after I mentioned I would be updating my review on Google did I finally hear back. Even then, they still did not provide the list only to say the general manager said they can't disclose lists like that.
It’s frustrating and concerning that a dealership would go silent over such a basic and reasonable request. Since our purchase, several people have warned me that Optimum RV has a reputation for poor service and dishonesty — something I had hoped was just hearsay. Unfortunately, my experience seems to confirm it.
The customer service after the sale has been non-existent. If you’re considering buying from Optimum RV, be aware: once the sale is done, you’re likely on your own.

Optimum RV deserves more than 5 stars! I was working with John Shefcyk to sell my 2017 Forest River Sunseeker Class C motorhome. Throughout the entire process, John was very honest and transparent about everything. Every person brings their RV in thinks that it's the best thing going. I knew that my RV, while only 9 years old and very low mileage was in ok condition. I had it serviced at another dealer that wouldn't help me sell the RV. After inspection of the RV, John explained the issues with the RV, and what our expectation of sale should be. He is extremely knowledgeable on RVs, their value and what needs to be done. John explained that he had a network of wholesale dealers that would possibly buy the RV, knowing the issues. He made no promises, but worked to get the best price we could get for the RV. Thanks to John, the RV was sold within the week, at a price that was extremely fair considering the issues in the RV.
There are not many RV dealers in the Eastern Pennsylvania area, especially ones that you can trust. The place where we bought our RV was sold to another company. Service with the new company was not up to par with who they bought out. To find a dealer, such as Optimum RV, that is transparent and honest is great. If we were to be in the market for another RV, we would definitely go to Optimum RV first.
Thank you to John for getting the RV sold quickly! Your help through the entire process was appreciated. You went above and beyond to help us!

Bought a 2022 Forest River Sunseeker from optimum. Seemed to be in great shape. There were a few ripples on the ceiling in the living room. Rob (salesman) stated many times that this was just a manufacturer defect and that there has been no water intrusion. Stated they have went over it numerous times and found nothing. Even checked with a moisture meter. Long story short we brought it home and two days later it was raining. Upon entry I could see the water down the wall and on the floor. Called numerous times but never received a call back from anyone at optimum. My advice is steer clear of them.
I ended up paying out of pocket to get it fixed elsewhere.
