It was a pleasant experience. The staff are very polite and courteous. I felt very comfortable during the entire visit. I highly recommend going there for anyone that needs medical care.

Wait time was very short. All the staff I encountered were friendly, compassionate and professional. The tending physician cared about the cost of the prescription recommended and I was able to receive my medication before leaving. The cost of the medication was very affordable. My visit from start to finish did not last long but the care I received felt thorough. I appreciate the staff here.

I was told that my 16 year old son would not be seen without a credit card on file. I had to later research that I could draft a letter requesting for us to be billed just as our doctor does. The money is not the issue, I prefer a paper bill, not a notification of a credit card charge.

Everytime I've come here for myself or someone else, the staff has all been very professional and extremely friendly. The waiting room and exam rooms are always very clean. I prefer to come here over anywhere else in the area!
I highly recommend this facility! A++++++

I was there today to get a physical form taken care of last minute for my son for school. There was a young man there at the front receptionist desk that was doing the intake registration. He has dark hair high and tight haircut and I believe he wore glasses. I just wanted to review to say that he changed the entire trajectory of my day. His empathy and kindness really touched my heart and I have not had an interaction like that with another person since before covid. It was kind and genuine and he really helped me feel better about my situation.

The doctor was so condescending, he made my problems of shortness of breath seem made up and not a big deal. He kept sighing and rolling his eyes when i didnt know an answer or kept studdering because i was having trouble collecting my thoughts properly. I never felt more uncomfortable and unimportant in a place thats suppose to care for me. I kept telling him my symptoms and he responsed with an annoyed and dragged out "okayyyy?" Never coming back here again, worst experience. Nurses were lovely though, very caring.

I was in and out within an hour, and given medications for the condition I came in with. Everyone was very friendly and prompt. Even if I was there an hour, it’s better than having to wait a couple days to see my pcp. They made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Very good bedside manner from the techs and doctors as well! Will continue to go back for my urgent care needs! :)
