The new guys that work here are so rude and crass. The older guy keeps talking about his member size, it's weird. I used to love this place, now it's just really uncomfortable.

Awesome employees at Philadelphia Premium Outlet location!!! Sitting outside the store with our puppy the salesperson brought water for the puppy. Kindness leaves a forever impression. Pepper Palace is my favorite store at Philadelphia Premium Outlets.

This is a hot sauce lover's dream. There is a such a variety of hot sauces, salsas, seasonings, jellies, pickles, and more! And you can sample ANYTHING there. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable and has great recommendations. We purchased the pineapple serrano hot sauce!

Got some tasty dead cow jerky and the big easy cajun seasoning. There are so many good selections for sauces, spices, salsas, and more. The lady behind the counter was very nice and fun to talk to as we browsed the selections. I think her name was Crystal. I'm terrible with names, but I'd definitely comeback to try something else from the store
