Terrible experience at the store. I visited on the Sunday afternoon of 1/21/2024 with my wife and a 3 year old. There were 2 female staff at the store who were talking loudly using inappropriate words with my daughter sitting next. My wife asked them not to use the inappropriate language but they kept up. When she raised with them again they started arguing and screaming at my wife. We left the store right away. I have shopped at this store previously and like their merchandise but so shocked with the unprofessional staff at the store. Hope the manager addresses this issue with the staff.

This company has blacklisted me because an employee who doesn't like me because I won't give her free rides to work, says I was in the store causing a problem but the real issue here is that she didn't get what she wanted out of me which was free rides. It's crazy that I spent so much money at this store. That's fine though I will for sure let all my family and friends know not to shop here. The way this company and its employees act is very very unacceptable.

I was in this store on Sunday 7/31. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Chris and she was incredibly friendly, positive and helpful. I went to the outlets to look for some pants for work and hadn’t planned on going to just one store. I’d originally gone into the women’s clothing store next door to return something for my wife and then decided to start my search at Perry Ellis since I was right there. My plan was to look at what they had, check some prices and then move on to a few more stores and once I felt like I saw what I liked best go back to whatever store it was and make my purchase.None of that ended up being necessary. Obviously I found pants that I really liked, however, but the main reason that I decided to stop looking was because of Chris. She was a breath of fresh air and made such a positive impression on me that I honestly had to write this review. She is an awesome employee for your company and I hope there is some way that she can be recognized for her work and attitude.Thanks so much for an awesome experience! It’s rare that I need that style of clothing that the store provides and I hope the next time I’m there she will be working. Thanks again!

Perry Ellis is absolutely amazing! We wandered in here prior to a long vacation and the realization a few other brands were just simply too expensive for our needs and didn't really have anything we wanted... Perry Ellis has such a great collection of men's clothing that looked great and well priced. The store in Limerick has a very friendly staff. We have been back many times since!

Christina was so helpful when we were looking for a suit jacket for my boyfriend- she was so knowledgeable about sizing and super friendly. We have another wedding in October that we will need attire for and will certainly be back. Thanks again!

Beyond upset and embarrassed.. I had made a purchase in January which I was gifting a friend. As a long time costumer I believed them. Well it’s now almost March costumer support just refunded me my money after assuring me the gift was indeed still coming and me promising my friend that it was still coming. Disappointed to say the least

Patience is an incredible saleswoman. She has an uncanny ability to match outfits and she made outstanding recommendations for my friend and I. Additionally, the prices at Perry Ellis are very reasonable for the outstanding quality of the clothing. I highly recommend Perry Ellis for all men looking for great clothes.

I walked into the store not knowing what to get, but PATIENCE helped me pick the right clothes, and she was friendly and genuine. I had a great experience shopping there.

The employees didn't acknowledge me at entrance but I guess it was because of covid-19. As soon as I ask for help. The employee was very helpful and quick. He actually explain me the different styles.

Very nice friendly staff. Helpful and not pushy at all. Really found some good items here and the sales are great. Highly recommend for a walk through for any professional looking to freshen up the wardrobe.

Cyenna was amazing at assisting us. We arrived in town without our evening wear, she help T find the perfect shirt, pants, belt and glasses. She is even steaming the outfit while we continue to shop! We will go there again!

We went through limerick Perry Ellis for suits for my husband and groomsmen for our wedding. Suit quality is great!! We loved the suits and were so happy with them. However stuff in store definitely has to be more organized. Back in January 2019 we went to store to pick out all the groomsmen and groom’s a tire. A man named Bobby filled out all paperwork and filed it in their wedding book. We told him we would be back either in June or July to start getting all the groomsmen in to get sized for their suits. When we returned in early July they could not find our paperwork and we had to go through everything again. We had to go through picking out the suits, color, shirts and accessories that the groomsmen and groom needed. After that all the groomsmen started going in to be sized. One groomsman went in to be sized and a couple weeks later employees said he never came in to be sized which he did and they lost his measurements. There’s was a lot of confusion with what they gave groomsmen to take home such as shoes, belt and what they still had to order and had in store. One of the our groomsmen said they didn’t even ask him shoe size or have him try on shoes. They also trued to send another groomsman home with the wrong suit and staff didn’t even notice the groomsmen did because he knew his brother who was with him paid a different price for the same suit. Everyone was very nice in store but very dis-organized. Which made it really frustrating on my part. Suits are very nice quality we are really happy with them just stressful dealing with staff. If you have a bigger party of groomsmen it might be better to go elsewhere to avoid the stress of dealing with staff.
