The associates are familiar with pet care and importantly with the products carried in their store. They are able to answer questions about the products in the store. There are good sales. The store carries a good selection of merchandise.

I love this store. I have 4 Guinea pigs and they will only eat one brand of nibbles. Petsmart always has the Tropical Carnival nibbles and I am so very grateful. They are usually on a great sale of buy one get one half off too. Plus the Pottstown location is only about a or two mile away. I actually purchased two of my Guinea pigs here. They were a brand new arrival and I never had them so young before. I was lucky to get my precious princess pigs . The store associate was friendly and helpful. Petsmart fulfills all of my Guinea pig needs.

I have been taking my dog here for multiple years at this point, with various groomers, and there hasn't been an issue with any of them. We always opt for the appointments they have before they open, due to an anxious pup, rather than stick to one groomer, but all treat him so well. The store is clean and well stocked, too. On Saturdays the rescue that has cats available for adoption every day often brings additional in, as well.

This is a great place for animal toys and treats and food ect. Very friendly and helpful . I do recommend this place PetSmart.
