I just took my daughters here for the first time Wednesday for swimming class. We always went to SV right off the bat from receptionist to when we walked in to the teachers for kids everyone was vibrant and happy and loved doing their job we felt welcomed and at peace. My kids who are 5 and 8 as like mommy we like this swim class I said me to we def will be back for future swim lessons for sure

I love this Y. It is well maintained with friendly and helpful staff. I like the way it’s set up too. The only thing I wish it had was a smith machine and a stair stepper. I have to go to another YMCA certain days to do a complete workout.

We've been taking parent/toddler swim lessons. The instructors are excellent. The lessons are low pressure, fun, engaging, age appropriate, and practical. The facility feels a bit tired, but it has everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. We'll keep signing up for classes.

Just joined its ok so far, staffs are nice, in kids zone the kids are not aloud to eat, that’s a little weird, I absolutely hate the bathrooms they just look dirty looking to me, other then that everything is going good so far, my kid loves the pool.

Facilities are always clean, signing up for swim lessons and memberships is so easy, the swim instructors are great and give regular feedback. My nonverbal son loved Kidzone until he began going at a different time and met new people. He had 2 not so good days, I talked about it a little with Lillian and we figured out a few things that would help. Not only were we met with immediate help the second we walked in, but he had a nearly seamless transition into the classroom. The instructors in the room were better able to interact with him and he had an amazing time playing with them. Lillian checked in with me as we were leaving and I told her how happy we were. The best part, which I never expected, was a call from Jonas to follow up and ask for more suggestions for ways they can further support my son and me. I'm blown away by how much this entire team of people wants to give us help and support. I have never felt so seen or heard and parents of any children with special needs know how both ends of the spectrum feel. The communication between the staff AND the immediate action taken really solidified to me what a fantastic resource this branch is to our community. From now on, i won't have to worry about whether my son is too much to handle and I'll be able to take the tiny bit of time for myself that I desperately need... Stress free. Thank you so much❤️
