This review is based solely on all the wonderful gals at the Medical Dr. Pottstown location. Never had a bad experience there but I have in the other Pottstown location. The folks at Medical Dr. are friendly and skilled. They make the process easy and bring a smile it what can be a scary and painful situation.

The problem was that the check in kiosk kept saying that My appointment was not found even though they had sent me an email and a text with confirmation as well as the scan code, so as a result I had to use the long version to check in which was annoying as I was on a time constraint.

The staff at this location are great. They are friendly, efficient, and generally good at their jobs. I've been to other facilities where that was not the case. Thus, I appreciate how good my experiences have been at this location with this staff.

I've never had a bad experience here. Other Quest locations I have gone to have a lot of staff with attitude problems. Here, they're friendly and helpful.

I visit Quest often. The people who run the Medical Drive operation are a delight to work with. They are accommodating, up-beat, and very helpful. Test results are available in hours not days. I highly recommend. Walk-in works, but scheduling an appointment online works even better.
