Recently had the pleasure of working with Stacy for the purchase a 2023 Subaru Forester , She went above and beyond to answer all our questions from warranty to financing . And we had a lot of questions. She definitely made the whole process of purchasing a vehicle easy!! Buyer Beware! Purchased new 2025 F150 end of June.
Vehicle broke down August 11th.
Left at Kennedy Ford Pottstown for repair.
Have heard nothing from service department or mgmt in over 4 weeks. Not even one phone call. I attempted contact Sat 8/30 and was told someone would contact me by 9/2.
Still no contact.
Very poor showing by Kennedy Ford, Pottstown.

Bought an Escape in 2018, engine is now dead at under 100,000 due to the Ford known issue with 1.5 eco boost engine. They want to charge us $12,000 to replace the lemon of an engine they sold us…unbelievable. Didn’t offer a trade in, any discount, literally nothing. Never will buy a Ford, and nothing from this place ever again. They stole thousands and thousands of dollars from us.

My experience was not great. I’d be hesitant to purchase a vehicle from here because then you have to deal with the service manager Brenden Belge once you car needs anything. He is not nearly as professional as the rest of the group. Needs to work on people skills.
Actually after reading through the rest of the reviews. It seems like I’m not the only one who has issues with the service center.

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate this Ford dealership. My fender liner became detached when I hit a pothole during a heavy rainstorm and they helped me out and got me back on the road in no time, even as a walk in. Always appreciate kind service, I can trust the folks here to do the job right. Thanks again!

We recently had my daughters Bronco in for a large warranty service. After bringing the Bronco home, I noticed 2 pimples in the middle right of the hood. I opened the hood and there were clearly 2 marks underneath suggesting a tool, possibly, had been left on the engine when the hood was closed. I emailed the service manager and the service advisor who had handled the original service. I then brought the car back and met with the service manager. I won't give all of the details, but research showed that in fact, Kennedy had been responsible for the damage. There was no posturing, or attempt to avoid their responsibility. They asked for the car to be brought in to repair the damages. I picked the car up on the 20th and there is NO evidence of the damage. I have my F150 and my wife's Nautilus serviced at Kennedy-Pottstown and will continue to do so-not because they repaired our daughters Bronco-but because they CARED to solve a problem for a customer.
I have had my cars serviced at Kennedy-Pottstown for over 3-1/2 years. The level of service has maintained and even improved-which every company should strive for.

I had a great experience buying my car from Stacey at JK Ford in Pottstown. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Stacey took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before finalizing the sale. Charles (Chuck) Stemple of the Pottstown JK Ford team has provided myself and my family Outstanding Service. He's always patient, explains your service, provides timely updates, and goes above and beyond by staying late and working with me to pay my bill so I can pick up my Bronco in the very early AM. I can't say enough about how patient and personable he is, and truly appreciate him and his service!
