I stopped in to ask if Retro Auto did pre purchase inspection. And they did. I was looking at buying a Ford Escape.
A couple of hours later after the inspection . Retro Auto called me to tell me all of the problems they had found with it.
So I called the seller, and told him that I wasn't interested in buying it.

I switched to this auto shop, it’s best choice ever made. This auto shop is fair priced, gets my vehicle into the auto shop every time only a couple of days of calling. Never had to go back twice for the same thing that I took it in for.

We have been going to Retro for several years now. They are thorough and excellent communicators. Most recently, we had an issue that required me to go in and drive the vehicle around with the mechanic. He was very patient with me and found the problem due to his persistence.
