Great prices! Quality items and name brands. They have a huge variety of clothes and shoes for men, women and kids. The store is always clean and organized. The employees are very helpful and friendly. You can’t beat the prices and they have so many cool styles to pick from.

Worst Ross I’ve ever been to, not because of inventory, based soley on the lack of basic Customer Service. Two people were at the Register, we were the only customers (with a toddler) and the girl at the register only scanned. She REFUSED to bag our items because she was out of them. So, instead, she handed us back each item & I had to go to another register to bag them myself. There was another guy working there, and he saw, but completely ignored us.

Lots from which to choose... but very few staff... the makeshift dressing room in the front of the store was a filthy mess... the cashier was friendly.

Just not a fan of Ross. Definitely a hit or miss store. Most times its a miss for me but occasionally I'll find something when I'm not really looking. The brands are not typical of what I'd buy but like to visit when I'm desperately looking for something specific.

Came here to return an item that i bought the day before. When i got to the register, the girl with the long nails was looking for any reason at all for me not to return it i could just tell. After inspecting every single inch of the item was told i could not return it because it was damaged. There is a microscopic sized scratch on the tray that she's referring to. Every single thing in ross has some kind of scratch or defect im sure, but it definitely wasnt me that put it there i didnt even use the item. I told her it was like that when i bought it to which she replied i would have received a 10% discount. Well i never got a discount when i bought it, and she refused to issue it to me instead of returning it, which i thought was a reasonable compromise. She completely ignored me when i entered, was not friendly or accommodating, and even after all of this i said thank you for some reason and didnt even get a "youre welcome"! Absolutely abysmal customer service
