Walked in, and got in line. Lady at the cash register was extremely rude, and yelled at people for coming in because there were people in the store already. Waited in line for an hour and a half, where we barely moved. Lady at the cash register decided to cut the line right after me, then after one person said something, kicked everyone in the store out. Not entirely the ladies fault, but she wasted time and randomly disappeared to take a break in the middle of checking someone out. I am very disappointed, and will not consider going here again. This is shameful.

I took my daughter shopping this past Saturday. It was a beautiful day and she needed some new spring items. She loves the 21…when entering the store we were greeted by a young lady right away…she was very tall and friendly…we looked around for a few minutes and the same employee approached us again letting us know the price of the tops we were looking at and offered her assistance with finishing my daughters size in multiple colors. We looked around picking out more items for about 15 minutes before asking a different employee for a fitting room. This employee was helping the young lady who first helped us at the register. Both called for assistance for the store manager to open a fitting room…both young lady’s were ignored by there manager. We were given a fitting room by a girl named Angie. We decided to purchase a few items. While at the register the first young lady who helped us was also our cashier. She signed us up for the rewards program and was very friendly. During our transaction the store manager was very unprofessional and was rude to both of the young lady’s trying to help each other during the transaction. Demanding that the one steps away and then after continued to raise her voice towards our cashier. The young lady apologized for the incident and was very remorseful. I assured her that it was okay and that she was to not become upset and we wished her a good rest of her day.
We felt awful for both of the young ladies working, we hope that the appropriate action is taken after reading this review.

I am disgusted. me and my friend waited outside Route 21 because there wasn’t enough staff and they needed a 45 minute lunch break. is that we ended up outside for over an hour. when three staff members finally came to the door to unlock it, The tall, large lady with long black hair, shut the door in our faces and yelled at us that we had to wait. we gave no attitude and just waited patiently. AGAIN. i have no idea why customers have to be treated with such disrespect. will not be returning.

They sometimes have great deals but most of the time it's for skinnier woman, unfortunately, I wish they had more plus size options but thats alright.

Super nice location! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the store seemed clean and tidy. I love getting my summer clothes from this place!

Small. Little selection. Staff was not helpfulAll sat at the register on their phones. Seemed annoyed to even have to bother with customers. Will not return to this location.

This place issued a credit card to someone who stole my identity!!!! The same bank COMENITY issued one through another retailer a year ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEFT ENABLERS !!!
