Coventry self storage called the next morning and told me about the lock missing on my unit, if it was not for their meticulous watch on their property and contacting clients if there is something a miss it would have gone unnoticed until my next visit to the locker. “We hired ZippyShell, who was in the range of $1000 for the move from Bryn Mawr to Princeton, generally in-line with the other quotes we got. We estimated they would take 3 hours. Even though that seemed like a lot of money, we had to do this for my daughter who was in trouble.So, Zippy arrived at 10, though they were scheduled for 9, but they were able to get everything to our house in Princeton by 11:30, so I didn't complain.Everything seemed great. Then, this week, I got a charge from ZippyShell for $2532, maxing out my credit card. I believe they would have charged more, if it hadn't maxed out.However, they said it was a software error. so, I am awaiting a refund. they were pretty nice about it, but I am glad I noticed it! it felt nefarious, but maybe it was an honest mistake !”

“We received what felt like a million phone calls and text messages from companies wanting to do business. It was a nightmare. L&J moving was a company that was appealing from the beginning. They were extremely responsive and was able to answer all of our questions. The service was friendly and we felt completely comfortable from the very beginning. From one state to another, we were kept aware of timing and any changes that might take place. When I tell you, they could not have performed a better job with providing us the service and calm we needed. This process is absolutely daunting yet they made it so easy. The one thing we regret is not having any knowledge about L&J at the beginning because we would’ve saved ourselves a lot of frustration and headaches while trying to navigate a cross country move. They were on time and the staff was absolutely perfect and very professional. I want to save you all the trouble and ask that you not contact a gazillion companies in order to get your needs taken care of. Cut out all the middle men, and cut out all of those text messages and phone calls. Give this company a call and I can assure you, you will not be disappointed.”
