I took my diamond ring to be repaired after a jewelry store could not fix it. When I went to pick it up, it was perfect and it looked brand new. The prices are fair and they work with you. Mark and Ash are very nice and great to work with.

We come to this shop every time we come to PA from Europe. We’ve bought my daughter necklaces and charms from Silver N’Beyond a few times over the years. I’ve been working with mark since I was 12. I am now 30 with 1.5” plugs thanks to him being able to source out some beautiful pieces.

First time walking in & Ash (the person behind the counter) welcomed us, respectful & diligent to help me find what I was looking for. The place became busy quickly with new & familiar people that seemed to have shopped there before. Ash was still able to manage the traffic & focus 100% on everyone. I decided on the piece I was looking for and for an excellent price. 10/10 experience, price, people & environment. I look forward to purchasing another piece from here very soon. We went to this shop today as we have for many years in the past and as always Mark was so helpful. He is very knowledgeable about not only the jewelry he carries on hand but also peices from elsewhere and how to repair them. He was able to fix a necklace promptly and without hesitation.
His selection of peices are such a wide variety; there is truly something for everyone. From hemp bracelets to watches, chains, pendants and beautiful rings, there is no way you couldn't find something you're looking for.
His prices are more than fair and the quality is well worth the money spent.
Mark is such a decent man with compassion for his customers. He is always welcoming to new and returning customers, often asking about your families and remembering every previous interaction you've had with him.
I highly recommend this shop, even if you don't purchase, stop by and browse and enjoy a conversation.
Thank you, Mark for years if loyal service locally from the Coventry Mall to now thr outlets. I hope to do plenty more years of business with you.
