I just want to give a shout out to Abby in your Pottstown store in PA. She worked so hard to find me a pair of shoes I couldn't find anywhere. I live in MA. She was so helpful, patient, and kind.....everything you could ever want as a customer. I tried some other stores before I called the Pottstown store and they were all nice but Abby went the extra mile and found me what I needed. Saw a pair of shoes, but wasn't sure if I wanted them. To my dismay they weren't available on the SM website. I called the store to see if a phone order could be done, and Gabrielle went above and beyond to make sure I could order the shoe without being present in the store. She even sent pictures to my phone to make sure that was the shoe I wanted, and to see if I wanted another item for the BOGO sale. Will definitely be shopping there again when I'm in the area!

Went in for a pair of shoes and was impressed by how much they were willing to help me find what I was looking for. Store was very clean and the workers were very knowledgeable in showing me a bunch of different things and offering to ship some things in for me to get that weren’t there. The manager was who helped me and was extremely friendly. I’d definitely suggest going here if you’re looking for a great customer service and helpful people and the shoes and handbags are amazing.
