Located in the Philadelphia premium outlet mall, closer to parking lot A. They have good clothing line up for men's and that's what I shopped here for. The service is very good in this outlet on a Memorial Day weekend. The check-out lanes are fast compared to others . The price seems to be moderate, in my opinion. The staff did help me get a size that wasn't on the floor. If you have a rewards account with them, you will get a percentage discount, or you can also use the VIP membership from Simon. I always like this place. It's well maintained and the fitting rooms are clean. Good place to shop for clothing .
The ambiance of the place itself is gand the staff is definitely much finally. The collection of clothing is always fresh.

To the manager with light brown hair and glasses: Complain about your employees on your own time. It’s absolutely disgusting as a shopper to hear how you talk down to and about the people you are supposed to support. I feel bad for anyone who has to work for you. I was too annoyed to buy anything.

BAD ATTITUDE !!!On Labor Day weekend, my wife was interested in 2 identical shirts (S & XS) that has two different prices ($44.95 and $54.95). So, I asked the woman manager to clarify the price differences.Without looking at us and checking a computer, she uttered "It is what it is. The price you see is the price you pay."All these years coming to Tommy Hilfiger store, I've never encountered such a rude attitude. All previous encounters were pleasant, helpful and nice but not today. We have our eyes on 5 different items that day but decided to walk out since we were given this cold shoulder.

I wanted to work there but the hiring manager was going to go in a different direction, which is fine but she didn't reach out for over 2 weeks. Whenever i went to speak to her, i was told "we'll call you tomorrow"
