The guys were great to go check the back room for what I was looking for and even opened the one box on the floor to see what the product actually was. Thank you. “EDWIN? IS? THE? MAN!!!! GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! We went in looking for a TikTok viral product during holiday week for my teen daughter. She didn't see it and I told her to ask. I asked 1 employee and he said he saw it but thinks it's gone. She asked someone who said they thought it was up front. Neither seemed to be too certain though. Refusing to give up I decided to ask 1 more employee. THANK GOD IT WAS EDWIN! I asked him and he recognized the item right away and said he thought it sold out already. But he offered to check the back and VOILA! HE BROUGHT A NEW BOX!!! ? He was so patient and kind and went the extra mile. He won my heart and am very thankful for his help. 5/5 from me!
