I grew up with my parents banking at Tri County Area Federal Credit Union. I have had an account my entire life and have opened accounts there for all my kids and for our business accounts, including for my newest business Red Dog Restoration and over a decade for my Isagenix businesses. People ask me why I continue to do such extensive banking at a local credit union; the answer is simple- besides the exceptional service and low fees, it is the people. I often call for support and stop in to deposit checks that are not available for mobile deposit. I am so grateful for the staff at the Pottstown branch especially Zach who you can often find at the front desk. Zach helps me with many transactions; he is competent, personable, reliable, and knowledgeable. If he says it will be done, I don’t doubt it for a second. He and another employee Helen have made doing business so much easier and I consider them part of our support team. While we have been approached to move our banking to a larger national bank, my business and personal accounts will remain with TCAFCU because of people like Zach (and Helen) and the experience and service provided by Tri County.
