$5.50 to print a label. No where else including Fed ex for example does this. Will not be returning. After asking manager to wave this, he continued a conversation loudly in the back room about everything needing to be paid for. I don’t think that’s professional. But to each their own. We are all on hard times and $5.50 is a lot for one sheet of paper.
Take your business to fed ex if and when possible. The people in collegeville were so helpful and even offered to print out my UPS label for free. I wish I would have taken up the offer

Good luck if you need Notary Services. The notary has no set schedule at all. Was told you just have to call on a day you want to come in and see if he is available. Really? And be aware - if they give you hours that the notary will be in, make sure he didn't decide to leave early because he didn't want to stay they hours he planned. So ... it's a hit or miss with notary services. Not sure why they bother advertising it, unless UPS requires it.

Pros
- The cashier wasn't rude, and was patient.
Cons
- We normally drop off Amazon returns at other locations, and UPS just scans the QR code. Here, I was told my phone number was REQUIRED for returns. (I looked into this, and it's not true on a corporate level. Just a rule the boss at this location made up.) For privacy and other reasons, I'm not giving out any more info than I absolutely have to anymore.
- Eventually, the clerk took my package, but even after stating (before the transaction) that I need a tracking confirmation, I didn't get one. I received a slip with no UPS tracking number, stating I dropped something off weighing 0 lbs.
- My local UPS store processes my returns in ~2 seconds (for real!). Because of the issues above, this took ~30 minutes.
- This location is messy.

The UPS Store has a new location that is bigger and new employees. It is customer focused here. They have a lot of different services. The hours are convenient. If you haven't been there in a while, check out the new store.

I've been doing this location several times and found the staff really helpful and kind. I went yesterday and the woman who I assume was a supervisor of some sort was absolutely sick. Not wearing any mask and charge me a dollar for a piece of tape. It's not the dollar that was the issue. It was her attitude about it. And when I said this is the fifth time I've been here with the same product to return and I was never charged for a 5-in piece of tape. Her response to that was well then they're not doing their jobs and I'll have a talk with them. And frankly if they're going to charge a dollar for a piece of tape they really should have a sign up. Before yesterday I would have given this location five stars but now I can only give it one.

If you go to the store and purchase a box they automatically add a packing charge and do not give you a choice if you would like them to pack it or notify you about the fee.I would not return.

Major scam at this store, when you return an item for amazon, amazon tells you that if you pick a specific return option, you DONT need packaging, just drop the item and store print label and pack it. This store is scamming customer and forcing them to pay for packaging and boxes, be aware of this scam.

Went in to return a package. Two young men working, which is fine, but was painful. Seemed like it was the worst thing to wait on me and he was completely miserable. The store was a mess and seemed managed poorly.

Don't ever go here the guy that works here is such a rude person It's not even funny. I can't believe he keeps his job. I will drive 20 miles out of my way to notHave to go here again.

Do not go here. They say they are franchised but super unhappy and not friendly. They argue with you and the store looks like a dump. Not a good representation of ups. They also charge $1 if you need to use tape when you drop off an item as is. Will never go back.

Had a great experience with Mark the owner, with notary and shipping. He review the paperwork getting notarized to make sure everything was covered.
