If you go to the store and purchase a box they automatically add a packing charge and do not give you a choice if you would like them to pack it or notify you about the fee.I would not return.

Major scam at this store, when you return an item for amazon, amazon tells you that if you pick a specific return option, you DONT need packaging, just drop the item and store print label and pack it. This store is scamming customer and forcing them to pay for packaging and boxes, be aware of this scam.

Went in to return a package. Two young men working, which is fine, but was painful. Seemed like it was the worst thing to wait on me and he was completely miserable. The store was a mess and seemed managed poorly.

Don't ever go here the guy that works here is such a rude person It's not even funny. I can't believe he keeps his job. I will drive 20 miles out of my way to notHave to go here again.

Do not go here. They say they are franchised but super unhappy and not friendly. They argue with you and the store looks like a dump. Not a good representation of ups. They also charge $1 if you need to use tape when you drop off an item as is. Will never go back.

Last week I shipped very important document to UK. It was an expensive service. Young man who was handling my parcel assured me that it will be delivered on Monday in the evening, and through the shipping transaction I will be getting text messages and emails for the updates of the transaction. I didnt get anything nor person who was expecting it. Document was not delivered when it supposed to, nor for the next two days. I concerted 1(800) number, they said to call the store from what it was shipped from. After explaining my situation, the man on the line said , "Oh I dont know what to tell you ma'am, I dont know where your parcel. You have to contact local UPS In UK."I paid almost $100 for that service, you should be able to answer where my document is. I have to figure out from US where it is? When bossiness owner says " Oh, I dont know , or I have no answer" its complete turndown and unprofessional. I worked at shipping company and I know that what could be done on your end, but you choose not to. Will not recommend this place for shipping documents.

I’m chalking this up to a lack of customer service training.I was in this location for approximately ten minutes before being acknowledged by the young person handling the floor. The clerk was working on a printer issue (for the first 5 minutes) and I understand the hyper focused thought process there but there wasn’t even a nod of acknowledgment towards me while he finished a call up with ( I’m assuming) his manager, regarding issues noted on post its, supply needs, and a phone message regarding his personal stocks. After the clerk finished the call, I was finally approached and helped.I understand multitasking is hard sometimes.Someone should let this clerk know that avoiding eye contact and ignoring the one customer in the store…could make an impatient person get loud or leave. Luckily, I’m patient and I am aware this person could learn with some role playing.This is definitely on the person that was on the other side of that phone call.I’m suggesting someone should let that clerk know…it’s okay to put you hold to acknowledge a customer. Otherwise, he was extremely nice once he stopped ignoring my existence.With that being said…I’ve had worst experiences at the Post Office.

Not sure why all of the low scores. I had a very quick in and out dropping off some Amazon returns. Took all of 3 minutes. The place does need some renovation including a floor, but I didn't go there for the ambiance. I went there so I could return a couple Amazon purchases for zero postage and it was super easy. Would gladly return again to send back unneeded Amazon purchases for free again.

For a location that wants our corporate business they aren’t making the best effort. My wife, who is medically restricted and told Robert as much, was yelled at and demeaned for not having the top of an oversized box taped up. You should be in the business of helping people ship their packages, not lash out because they’re not making your job as easy as possible. I couldn’t imagine being aggrieved at a basic function of your job. I’m shipping almost 2 million small parcel shipments a year, but you’ve proven you can’t handle even one of them.

Terrible! Not reliable at all! I called this place this morning to ask about the notary service and they said the guy that does it will be in at 4 so I literally go there at 4 and called to find out where they’re located only to be told the owner who does the notary service isn’t there and won’t be in until 5 I’m like I don’t have all day and night to wait for this guy to show up to his job! The lady took down my name and number and told me she’ll have him give me a call when he gets there. It’s almost 6 and still no call.

The guy who helped me was very helpful and kind. :) 10/10 service, also just wanted to shout out the man who stuck up for me when i was being called a wh*re for what i was wearing by another customer. i hope you see this kind sir, youre amazing <3

Had a great experience with Mark the owner, with notary and shipping. He review the paperwork getting notarized to make sure everything was covered.
