If I could choose no stars I would. The mailman continues to walk passed my house, doesn’t even attempt to TRY and deliver mail or packages. Then marks the undelivered items as Animal interference, I have a dog who is in my house secure so I am confused as to what the issue is. Always a new mailman and just as lazy as the previous one. I guess they just pick and choose what houses receive mail , even have ring camera footage of the mailman walking passed my house and not making any attempts to deliver mail. Horrible service for such an important job.

I have informed delivery, some days mail.shows up, some days it doesn't. Some times it shows up days after it's on my informed delivery. Package was set out for delivery at 6:10 am and at 9 pm it still hasn't arrived. What's the point in providing a time frame for delivery if it's just well being it when we want. 4 items were supposed to arrive today as on 9 pm no mail or package delivered.

Went into ship one package. In less than two minutes I received complete attitude just to drop off packages that were already packed and labeled… I understand why the line was really short

This location use to be great for the last 3 years. Never had a late package. Now April 2025 and they hired ALL NEW WORKERS FOR NO REASON AND THEY ARE TRASH!!! My packages are all late now and shipping costs have doubled. Plain clothes employees messing everything up for actually no reason when it was perfectly fine for YEARS. Use to be in and out but last 2 days the line is FILLED with people complaining. Every last one of them should be fired and bring back the old team when it worked.

I drop off packages here outside of peak hours all the time. I never have any problems and there's usually almost no wait. A year or two ago one of my packages had a weird issue where it kept going back and forth between 2 postal distribution centers. I spoke with the local postmaster, who was very nice and happy to help, and he said he'd look into it. Two days later I had my package.

Horrible service. Claimed No Access to a package that I have been waiting weeks for and now they are holding it hostage. I countlessly tried reaching them. Nobody cares. I work everyday the same hours they do, I shouldn’t have to pick anything up when I requested next day delivery and signed the notice. They do. Not. Care. Stay away.

Absolutly fantastic experience here. The staff are cosistently friendly, corteous, and always greet me with a smile. Their wonderful service makes every visit a pleasure. I truly appreciate their dedictio to customer satisfaction. Higly recomment this post office to anyone in the area! 5 stars!!

I've been inside three different times to get mail that should have been left at my doorstep. Whoever manages mail routing/delivery is NOT paying attention and it is affecting peoples' online shopping experience greatly.Each time I've entered, the lines have been lengthy and left neglected, with employees leaving to take a lunch break and letting one single person to eight different customers.Whenever I get my mail here, I have to wait for far longer than should be necessary because they aren't taking their job seriously.Summary: slow services, unprofessional attitudes, and delivery incompetence.This location urgently needs to be evaluated and fitted with better staff. It's been like this for years, so something needs to change.
