i've gone here before and was mostly satisfied but this last time with Tammy was awful. She kept hurting me (but she did apologize often) but that isn't even the problem. my nails came out terrible. the part by my fingers was a lot lighter than the rest (no, it was ombre) and the other parts were sloppy on some of the fingers and the shaping was aweful. they weren't even all the same shape. very disappointed. i'll never go back.

Really great place. My nails look amazing. But they don’t clean up my nails before doing the acrylics. My cuticles weren’t cut and my nails weren’t cleaned. Overall experience was really nice.

The past 2 visits Ive had issues. I used to love this place, but I feel like the quality and service has been bad my recent visits. I'd like to mention this is SOLEY based on my nails. The pedicures have been great.
The last time I went tk get a soak off and a new set. I clearly mentioned I wanted them soaked off and the tech proceded to try and rip them off. The new set came with crooked nails, and various lengths which Im now stuck with. The polish application was great though.
This past time I asked for stilletto but a slightly rounded tip so I can put in mt contacts. They are almond. Now Im stuck with that as well.
Paying 65 to 70 plus tip is alot. Im fine with splurging on myself but not if I am leaving dissapointed everytime. Unfortunately, I will have to find a new nail salon as volume as this one just is not consistant. They are fully capable of doing great work but it shouldnt be a roulette.

Pedicure service is awesome. Jenny is the best. Highly recommend. They just got the new type of pedicure with the hot oil massage. You guys should try it.
