Drove here - says open 10am-7pm Sundays. Closed (5:57pm) with employees just sitting around.Update your hours or find employees actually willing to work to 7pm like online and the door says.

I didn’t even want to give a one star. All employees are not helpful. I was exchanging EXACTLY same (price) clothes to different colors and size M to L. Apparently, she asked me pay $43 more. A what? She said you owed us $43. Manager fixed problem. And then The manager helped my friend to exchange the t shirts of colors. Guess what happened? She had to pay $6 more to exchange to same product. What a Great calculator they have! Bravo. And check the pictures out. When you purchase the shirts please please double check if quality is okay.

Very rude store store manager Jenna Grant was rudest store manager ever.If it wasn't for the shirts my daughter wanted ..I would've left . Lord knows I don't vineyard Vines.First thing about 6 employee's not one said ... Let me help find your size. As we search and search for her size. Selection for kid wear was limited.As I go to pay for the two men's tshirts. The new kid at the register yells out to manager.. do we take 50. Dollar bills.I laughed and said I hope so that's all I brought along. Cash.. as Jenn looking me as I did something wrong.The women snap off and said he's new he doesn't know. And we don't have to take your money. I've been retail myself and this Jenn Grant is piece of work .I was amazed of her reaction. Now this just an outlet ...this isn't high end vineyard Vines like king of Prussia. These are a equivalent of cheaper brand of the brand. Her character is terrible...she didn't greet anyone. Or ask can I help you find size. And the rest of employees. They are more worried about shoplifters in certain nationality. I feel we were treated racist and bias.What .. Latina can't carry cash.

I love this store!!! Everyone was so helpful!! Kenzie and Hayden were so great with my son and daughter. They loved that other people helped them but me. ?I have found that customers who leave bad reviews either went into the store trying to get something for near to nothing and didn't get their way or complain so they can get something for free. Shame on them!!We love this store!!
