We are very grateful to Jalene Warker, from Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, who turned a very difficult time of our lives into a as comfortable as possible time of planning my husband's end of life needs and Memorial Service. She kindly and professionaly guided our family through the decisions that had to be made and allowed us to personalized his celebration of life . She was very generous in giving us extra time to receive an extremely long line of people that came through the condolence line. We are so thankful for her kindness and help in navigating us through this sad time of our lives.

Jalene Warker did an excellent job planning and carrying out our wishes for our mother’s funeral. She offered suggestions and options to fit our budget. Jalene is knowledgeable, accessible, responsive and compassionate. She thought of every detail which was comforting during this emotional and sad time for our family. My experience with Warker and Troutman not only met but exceeded my expectations. Jalene handled my Aunt’s funeral arrangements and burial with grace and compassion. The experience and dedication of Warker & Troutman made a very difficult time and situation easier on me, which means so much to a grieving person. In my family's time of need, Warker Troutman was a much needed valuable, dependable and trustworthy source. The lose of a loved one is by far one of the most difficult processes that can send you in a whirlwind of emotions leaving you feeling hopeless wondering, "how can I do this?"
My family and I are extremely grateful for the services provided by Warker Troutman Funeral Home Inc. and their staff. From the beginning of this painful process to the very end they strived to provide support that was compassionate and professional. I would be remiss if I did not mention Jalene, Craig, Channing and DeQuan as they were all VERY understanding , available, respectful and sensitive to my family, friends and I. They went out of their way to allow us to mourn our loved one in a dignified and respectful way while assuring we had a safe place to land when "we" were ready. That is so important. You are pillars in your community and your commitment to provide proper services has never been broken. Thank YOU ALL AGAIN from my family and from those that maybe just can't find the words.

My family had the unfortunate experience of having to arrange my sister's funeral at the end of last summer, but I am immensely grateful to have chosen Warker Troutman Funeral Home. During the most difficult time of our lives, the director was an absolute pillar of strength, compassion, and professionalism. Jalene & Craig were incredibly responsive to every need and question, guiding us through the process with empathy and understanding. The attention to detail and care they provided made a world of difference in easing our burden. I cannot recommend this Funeral Home highly enough for their exceptional service during such a challenging time.

I'm not a person who posts, but I feel compelled to share the outstanding experiences my family has had with Warker Troutman. During what was obviously the most difficult time in our lives, the feeling of ease and comfort we felt in the tender care of Jalene, Craig, and DeQuan was unmatched. Of course, they were kind, compassionate, and professional, but the thing about Warker Troutman's team that I think sets them apart is their authenticity, as they have close and genuine relationships to the people in the Pottstown community. That's what comforted us the most was how well they knew our family who has used their services for more than 50 years. I highly recommend Warker Troutman in your time of need.

Warker-Troutman made the whole experience easy. Everyone was super supportive and extremely sensitive to our needs. Most of my relatives—including my father—have been buried from their home. I couldn’t imagine using anyone else.

Highly recommend, I can’t sing their praises enough. They provided everything and more than what I wanted for my father’s memorial service. They were very attentive and had things completed in record speed. They set everything up perfectly and they even provided extra personal touches that other places do not. They took all of the worry out of an already sad and stressful situation. All of the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Jalene was so caring , she responded quickly and when we met she was very In tune to what I was saying. She and her staff made a heartbreaking situation a little bit easier to bear. I would definitely recommend her .

My fiancé and I were in FL and Rich became sick and there was nothing more we could do. I contacted Jalene and she was so caring and understanding of my situation. I wanted Rich brought back to Pa for him to be buried. Jalene handled everything down to notifying the nurses at the hospital, so I was able to be with Rich for his final hours. We met as a family a few days later at the funeral home to make our plans for Rich’s service. Everyone treated us with compassion during this very sad time. I couldn’t have asked for a better send off as what was given as the staff was well prepared for us and our loved ones all the way to the cemetery. Thank you so much for blessing our family with your respect and kindness as we laid our loved one to rest.

She performs her job in a way that assures you that she treated your loved one with the utmost respect and dignity.The result was a flawless and natural presentation that solidified my vision to honor my loved one.

Funeral director was rude over the phone when trying to arrange my loved one's funeral. We will no longer be using them in the future.
