I’m not one to complain but I order my lunch in the morning from this location cause I can’t go out during my day to get lunch. Today I stopped in and ordered a ham club but when I went to eat at lunch there was no ham one it like what’s the point of the club at that point. At least for me. All and all I normally have a good experience but when I have to go through my day hungry because someone couldn’t read that kinda gets to me especially since when I order it’s 5:30 in the morning they are not busy or in any rush so I can’t even find a reason that it would have been missed.

Old guy at the front who checks you out is very rude. Asked for something off the tobacco shelf and he laughs in your face and shakes his head. Than I also got breakfast sandwiches and he literally threw them in a bag and slammed the bag on counter. This guy needs to go, he's an old man who hates his life. Time to retire bud because treating people this way isn't gonna get you far.

Store was dead at 10 am and employees were friendly but the food has gone down hill. My iced coffee has barely any ice in it. It’s going to be warm within 15 minutes. No more special order breakfast burritos just the prepaid ones at the register. I got one and it was soggy. $6.39 for these two sad items. Yuck I would’ve been better off going to Wendy’s or Starbucks a little bit up the road. No more.

The older female working cashier tonight was rude. I asked for help using the Wawa app for gas and she looked me like I was crazy then literally made rude comments to her coworker like I wasn't there. The whole hang up made ME late. Maybe do some customer service training and train your employees to know their own jobs app

I was at this location the last 2 days and something has definitely changed for the better! I stopped using this location a few months ago due to deli being understaffed and unavailable items on menu became the norm. The last 2 days I was over the moon excited to have ordered from the deli and it was a great experience both days! Very friendly and managed well. Great job to the entire store staff! I'll be back.

The lady who makes the sandwiches the younger Latino girl she seems to always be in a bad mood whenever I’m in this Wawa always has a bad attitude I’m sorry if you don’t like your job then don’t work in customer service I was never rude to her she only thing I asked Services what’s the number on the sandwich was because there’s no number on the sandwich I did not deserve an attitude problem from her

Saddest chicken tender bowl I've ever gotten at any Wawa. When I asked the ladies behind the counter if this was a normal amount they said yes and I told them every other Wawa I've ever been to at least filled the bowl. I usually don't complain but I thought maybe someone just wasn't paying attention. Obviously not the case and didn't offer to fix it. Oh well, never coming back to this Wawa.
