Of all the Wells Fargo banks I have used, this branch is the worst. I have never had a problem cashing my paychecks and making a payment on my card until using this High street location. Was told I HAD to deposit everything on the account. Nope, not happening, gave me checks back, went next door to Key Bank, cashed them and then went back to make my payment. Avoid this branch, math is hard and apparently, so is doing more than one transaction.

I called to speak to the Branch Manager in Pottstown E High Street Branch and was told the Manager was not going to call me back. That the teller would handle the situation. The teller Jared told me that he understands my problem and that if you want to remove your money and go to another bank I should do that because I probably will not get a call back from the manager. The teller actually agreed with my concerns.

Horrible customer service by some staff and okay customer service by others. Poor parking access to the actual parking area. Over the years they keep making modifications to make it more and more inconvenient to actually get to the bank. Make appointments here and tell them exactly what you need to have done the tell you some of the steps but not all of the steps and then when you come for your appointment it ends up being a complete waste of time because not only do they not take you in a timely fashion they also don't have the needed information so you have to start over anyway and come in on a whole complete different day because their customer service is horrible

Terrible. There are no shortages of reasons why Wells Fargo is going out of business. We went to Wells Fargo to get quarters with a $20 bill they absolutely refused. For a bank branch to not have $10 in quarters clearly there's a problem. If you have money and Wells Fargo get it out immediately.

Went to drive thru sign out side at drive thru reads 9:00 am till 5 or what ever but they said when I called inside we don't open till 9:30am you better check the sign next to the drive thru and on your site

Very nice branch¡ it is our local branch. I wish that I remember everybody's name, but Marcela is a sweetheart! Dan was very helpful today, assisting my husband on what it could be an online installment loan¡ still under investigation. I'm disabled and not working at the moment but will definitely reopen my account once I get back on my feet?

Was a customer here for years had no issues till 5 months in a row someone made unauthorized purchases on my account now that I know longer have that account I know longer have those issues. I will never use this bank again because clearly they can't be trusted. I've been with my new bank for awhile now and have no issues. I would never recommend this bank to anyone not even my worst enemy.

I love going to this bank because every employee knows you and they all say good morning and good afternoon there always helpful my 2 daughter open there first bank account with them and it was so easy they loved it thanks again everyone have a wonderful day
