Your Xfinity representative, Lea, in Pottstown, PA was excellent and such a tremendous help setting up my new Xfinity account! It couldn’t have been easier, as I am in my 80’s and not tech savvy. She was patient and pleasant and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience.

40 minutes to return equipment if you don't have an appointment. The actual process itself takes less than two minutes and that includes printing the receipt

Jasmine was exceptional. She assisted me in switching services from Veizon and Service Electric to Xfinity phone, Internet,and cable service She made sure everything was good before I left and assisted me with the trade-in of my old phone.
She also followed up twice after I left to make sure I was able to get the necessary paperwork from Verizon to get my money to assist in paying off my old phone. She also spent additional time with me when I bought in the necessary paperwork to insure I will get the money.

They were incredibly busy today and I witnessed a lot of unpleasant people cross their paths. They couldn’t have been any more professional, empathetic, or helpful.

I was with xfinity for over 5 years, several times I was double billed. I went to the Upland Square store to complain,I was told they don't give refunds but I would get a credit on my next bill, it never happened. When I tried to separate my phone from the other 3 devices and internet service, I was still billed for all of it. After 3 attempts to separate I just shut all services off and they still continued to take payments out of my account for everything. I went back to the store to complain and was told it's all fixed but the following month they still took payments for all the services that don't exist anymore. I had to report them as fraud to my bank to stop them from taking my money and they shut off my daughter's phone and tried to make her pay for the services that are shut off. She had to go to Verizon and get a new number and they still try to get paid for services that were shut off months ago.
I will never use anything connected to xfinity again, and I urge everyone to do the same. Xfinity are thieves and liars

Went here to drop off my equipment as I am done with Xfinity/Comcast. Luke took care of this for me. He was both efficient and personable. He did a fine job helping me close this out. 👍👍

We came in for a phone upgrade
Angel took care of us. He was knowledgeable and confident on the entire process. We communicated our time constraints and he kept us up to date on the swap over process.
Couldn't recommend a better service experience

i work in customer service and have been for years. i paid for internet service through customer service and was told to go and pick up everything. i wasn't greeted, etc. i felt very uncomfortable especially already giving xfinity money. i am very disappointed.

Comcast is the absolute worst. They didn't update my address for months after moving, they never did. I ended the mobile service with them weeks ago and was just charged twice my monthly billing amount to restore my service. Now I have to make my 6th trip into the store because no one can help me over the phone or through the Xfinity App. No one at the store has helped either but I need that money back.
Please save yourself the time, headaches and struggle. Go with anyone else but Comcast/Xfinity. I'd use smoke signals or pigeons to communicate before I would ever consider going back to them for anything. They're truly an awful company.

A huge thank you to Quinn today in the store. My daughter and I came in for a new box because it kept getting caught on commercials on Disney plus. He was so attentive, professional, and timely. And he gave us a nice little assorted popcorn box as a parting gift. It was so thoughtful and made my day! I will definitely be back whenever I need something in the future. It was such a classy touch, thank you Quinn, you were a delight!

Internet is always going out and they still charge full amount this company is the worst I swear they just take the money no wonder every store has bad reviews and then they make everything complicated just to get the shit back up and running

I wanted to personally thank Stephanie for her excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable and polite and “real” and got me through installing two new cable boxes for my 90 year old mom. Sincere thanks from Lynne and Pat for all of your technical support, patience, and lastly, a great personality -sense of of humor, which I needed and appreciated. I don’t know her boss is, but give her a raise!
Also, thanks to the young men that helped me. They were very polite as well.
