I have been having the best experiences from the zales outlet store in the philadelphia outlet mall.. first I would like to thank Ryan for the amazing experience buying my better half a birthday gift. He absolutely loved his silver chain. Ryan also helped with my previously purchased diamond bracelet. He explained the ins and outs of the diamond guarantee lifetime warranty which i purchased. We sent my bracelet out to get shined up and tightened. My bracelet returned back to the site.. nearly perfect but the clasp wasn't cooperating with us.. so then I got to meet the amazing Nicole... she was the manager at the time and she was so nice. All in all I had the best experience. I left with my shiny bracelet absolutely perfect. Will definitely be back for ALL of my jewelry purchases.

Wonder customer service! My rings aren't from Zales and the store manager was so kind to offer and clean my jewelry and inspect it while I was browsing. Will be sending my husband back during Christmas!

I went into the store today to look for ring cleaner and to browse as I am looking for a good pair of diamond earrings. When I asked the lady behind the counter about the cleaner she crossed her arms and pointed. There was no customer service coming from her, she looked annoyed.

We went on Mother's Day and it was busy. We were greeted by Nicole and she provided us with assistance while we waited for Reese to finish with a customer. Reese's customer service was great! Highly recommend!
